Don’t match what’s in store
Would Not RecommendI took home samples from the store and ordered the exact part number on the sample, and the wrong wood is assigned to the sample. The wood delivered doesn’t even match the correct part number in the store on display. Delivery was also several days late, and they couldn’t figure out how to get me the correct word for over a week. My contractor sat stubs getting paid to do nothing waiting for wood delivery, costing me time and money. Lowe’s still charged me full price despite their screw up. Not h...

Bad wood
Would Not RecommendLike others have said buy all of the same batch #, In my case the boards were knotty , pieces of the trim to connect was missing. Wood was warped and if you don’t get the batch # of all they have then you will get a different color then you started with. I was very disappointed I had always heard Bruce flooring was so good. Will not buy again and I think lowes should stop carrying it

Would RecommendI really like SOME of the product received. The problem was that it did not all match, and there was no tracking by batch # to track down matching colors.
