What Customers Are Saying

The hardwood flooring product received mixed reviews. Many customers found the flooring to be attractive with a nice color and finish, and reported an easy installation. However, a significant number experienced quality issues, with a high rate of defective boards that were warped, bowed, or had other flaws. Some customers also received inconsistent coloring across different boxes. While the product was considered a good value by some, the reviews suggest a higher-than-expected rate of unusable boards.
