What Customers Are Saying
The reviews present mixed opinions on the product's quality and performance. While some customers were satisfied with the appearance, durability, and overall quality, others reported significant issues such as warped, damaged, or poorly milled boards, inconsistent coloring and finishes, and a high percentage of unusable pieces per box. Some customers who were able to install the usable boards were pleased with the final look and performance, but many expressed frustration with the high rate of waste and the need to discard a large portion of the flooring.

Floor great- But…
Would Not RecommendMatched a piece of my flooring to the butterscotch sample in the store, it was an exact match - I mean exact- ordered 9 cases and it came and it’s not even close. I mean not close at all- quality flooring - but the color they sent me does not resemble the color in the store -

Low quality hardwood.
Would Not RecommendThe quality of the flooring was sub par. Called the manufacturer was told to expect up to 10% useable.

Great product
Would RecommendOrdered this to add to an existing floor. It turned out great, matches our existing floor perfectly. It was easy to install though we found few that were warped. Still satisfied with the product..

Watch for miss-milled boards.
Would RecommendThe color was consistent throughout and the sizing variation of the boards were good. A decent number of peices had damage to the tongue portion and some were not milled square on the end.

Overall great product but a few minor issues
Would RecommendOverall great quality but there are many pieces with chips from the cutoff process. This yields poorly.
