Ratings & Reviews for Bruce (Sample) America's Best Choice Gunstock Oak 3/4-in T x 3-1/4-in W Smooth/Traditional Solid Hardwood Flooring

Ordered 58 boxes and only received partial order

Lowes and Bruce messed up my order and overall installation plan. I Ordered 58 boxes and only received partial order after 10 days. They messed up order for 10 boxes and now are taking another 10 days to deliver. This is just ridiculous and both Lowes and Bruce owe me an apology and should throw in couple of boxes free

A nice quality hardwood product.

The flooring is beautiful when the quality is ther

Solid wood. High shine finish. Is boxed in a variety of different lengths and shades. What I did not like about it - so far about 1/3 of the opened boxes are warped, the tongue is missing, the boards are cracked/split, groves are smashed, or the thickness varies making the flooring un-leveled. Of the 8 opened boxes, 3 are ready to be returned/reordered - there were 29 boxes delivered.

Abhorrent quality.

The finish is horrendous. Clear is so thin, it would be better to just sell it stained. The clear also has dust and air bubbles inside it. Ordered 300 square feet and 100 had to be returned and exchanged. Wood has more than normal waste due to cracks and checks that should not have even made it to the finishing process. Lowe's did the best they could and set me up with replacements at no coat, but it would be wise for them to stop offering this product and move onto a better brand. Bruce has fal...

The installation crew did an exceptional job.

The look of the wood especially after it was laid. Beautiful

Don’t buy hardwood flooring from here

Flooring was pure crap. Appeared to be used product that was used /cut and packaged up and returned. Was a complete nightmare dealing with east broad street Columbus lowes. Had to file a claim with credit card.

Some damage flooring

Bruce America's Best Choice Gunstock Oak 3-1/4-in W x 3/4-in T x Varying Length Smooth/Traditional Solid Hardwood Flooring ( 22-sq ft / Carton )- I Bought 8 boxes of this. Noticed more than a few bad boards. Trying now to find the correct stair bull nose moulding and t-moulding to match this color. Do you what that is?

There are no risers and treads to match.

I like the brand, the color and size. It did not have the risers and treads to match.

Buy something else. Terrible quality.

This has been the worst quality wood with some many defects and splits in the box.

Poor quality control

too many defects and Lowes would not take returns unless box was unopened. How do you know there are defects? I bought 20% more than needed but installer had to scrap due to mfg issues - no tongue, no groove, dents in wood, not straight, different widths and thicknesses. I ended up having to buy an addl 10%. Stand behind your product or dont sell it!!!
