Love the printer which I purchased for home use as a replacement for an old, broken printer. Print quality is excellent however the printer is a bit noisy. Getting the printer up and running was tedious which can be attributed to the set-up software which...just let me say...is not good. BTW, I'm a retired IT guy so I am technically savvy. I would have rated the printer 5 stars had the software been user friendly.

My 1st laser printer!
I was tired of cleaning inkjet print-head clogs so I bought my 1st laser printer. I like it! My sister also has a Brother laser printer. She had a previous one, a 2280, that didn't print. She liked mine so she also bought a 2480. She's the "expert" on laser printers so when I have questions, I'll ask her.
