Hit The Snooze Button On This One

The printer is printing fine, when it isnt frozen in a deep sleep state. Every time I print something I need to unplug the printer and wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and then reconnect. No matter what I adjust the eco settings to for sleep, it doesn't solve it. The app doesn't allow me to adjust the settings on my computer either.

Piece of literal trash that never works

This is literally a piece of trash. We have to stop buying corporate slop from a bunch of losers who can not make a working product. This printer requires hourly maintenance and constant driver downloads. It is a literal piece of trash. If anyone else made this, they would laughed out of the professional world.

Worst Printer Ever

Absolute worst printer ever! Worked for just over 4 months. I did all the trouble shooting BEFORE contacting Brother. I listed everything I had done, the agent sent me a list of things to try. Everything on the list-I had already tried and told them; When I stated this, they disconnected the chat!

Why would I want to stand out?

Works great. Not sure how long the ink cartridge will last though

If you are tired of buying ink for your inkjet printer or refilling the cartridges, then this is the printer to get. The install was easy and easy to use. Even though it only prints black is not an issue for me because I really don’t need color for the jobs I print. I highly recommend!

Great home printer

I really like my Brother printer. It is a great size and perfect for a home printer. I am so glad I switched from InkJet to toner.

Great with cell phone

Love the fact its wireless. Great for printing from cell phone.

Excellent WiFi printer

I really like brother printers. This one setup easily to the home network. It’s a fine printer. The only issue is the automatic updates wants a password which is on a sticker in the back making it inconvenient to read. To make matters worse the update software will not accept it so no updates can be installed.

No password on the unit like there should be…

No password on the back of the unit to set it up to the network. Still have not been able to get it connected.

Exceeds my expectations

I wanted a reliable laser printer, and this Brother HL-L2405W printer is exactly what I hoped it would be - and more. I bought a Brother label printer more than a decade ago and it still works flawlessly.

Very good quality printer

Perfect for what I need! Simple instructions to set up, clear copies, shared with multiple family members and keeps up with demand.

Ehh

It works. It’s fairly fast. The ink was depleted way faster than I expected. Double-sided printing is a hassle —I can’t do it from my phone, only my laptop. I ask can’t figure out if it scans or not.
