Still waiting for delivery

Item has been sitting in Houston since 11/27. Was supposed to be delivered on 12/2, now without notice or any updates, it has been rescheduled to who knows when. I called support and they said it may be delivered between the 4th and the 10th and then sent me to estes.com to track shipment, which does not provide any information other than they are too busy.

Heads up -

Check factory fasteners. Grill had some loose, and others that were stripped. Grill grates are not 9 mm rods as listed in the description. Grates are now v-shaped, dual purpose searing/basting stainless steel grids. Heavy duty but not what's listed in the description or website - 9's are obsolete -

Stainless steel does not last

I bought a regal s590 pro 7 years ago. Had to replace all the insides about 3 years ago due to rust and it was a very difficult project. I don't know where they get their stainless steel, but it rusts fast including the grates.

The best Grill in this Class

I got this 1 1/2 years ago. It is obvious this grill is built to last for the long term. I grill 3 - 4 times a week and this baby is going to endure. The magic of this grill is the heat retention. The hood thermometer goes to 700 degrees and I exceed it. I love the ability to top 700 degrees as I do BBQ Pizza.

High Quality

Purchased 4 years ago with new house. By far the most I've ever spent on a grill and couldn't be happier. The durability and strength of the grates is incredible, it heats up quickly, the side burner is actually useful. Other than the letters peeling off, I have zero complaints.

Real review!!! - after 8 years of use!

i read reviews and every review is typically within he first few days of ownership...I am 8 years in and this Grill has been better than any other grill in the past. Hey I am no expert on proper maintaining this thing...I left this out in the rain, the snow -- I use this year round...every week! rain or shine...food just tastes better period...I had the correct expensive cover for it thinking i was going to be that guy to try and take are of this thing correctly well that lasted the first year.....

The most versatile grill i've owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this grill a few months ago (Regal iQue S590Pro IR) and i have done Pizza, breakfast, the best burgers (on flat griddle add-on, fajitas, rotisserie leg of lamb, low and slow brisket (with a pellet smoke box), the prefect steak and much more. This grill makes me look like a ROCK STAR! The New iQue make things effortlessly and i have full control at my finger tips. More time to spend with friends when they are over!

Great features and excellent warranty

It was a no brainer decision to purchase a new Broil King BBQ considering the performance and availability of replacement parts for over 20 years for my previous BBQ.

Solid Grill with great customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our BK grill for over 7 years and here in New England when things are left outside even when covered they don’t last very long. (We do have the cover for our grill). Had issue with burners rusting writhin the warranty period no problem they just send new ones. When it is time for a new one we will be buying another BK.

Broil King Continues to be Part of my Life!

Broil King continues to be part of my life for over 30 years, from my first BBQ ever purchased from "Consumer Gas" which I still have the carcass (after a 15 year long life...see the picture) to my recent acquisition a Regal 490 Pro. Also a Broil King pellet smoker purchased a couple years ago. All the Broil King products are made to last, simple as that!. I tried a couple of the higher end competitors products, one fail...

Dream machine

I did a lot of research and reference checking before deciding on the BK Regal S590 Pro IR. I was looking for a heavy lid to keep the oven at the right temperature, a sear burner to finish proteins with a nice crust, a rotisserie to allow me to do legs of lamb, whole poultry, etc, and a lot of btu's to power...

Built tough...

My Broil King was pushed down my deck stairs from a micro wind burst. Of course i hadn't locked the wheels so my fault, thought the barbecue was destroyed. Once inspected the Broil King needed a new cover, one wheel was broken and the doors needed to be straighten out. Once fixed the barbecue fired up right away like nothing had happened to my surprise! I let customer service know how tough this barbecue is and they wanted to help and sent myself replacement parts free of charge right away. ...
