Will not start, I expect a new grill to work!

I bought a new 120 grill and I assume the regulator is faulty. I have done everything I could get start the grill without success. It is hard to disassemble the regulator for a replacement. It says use a pin to open the end of regulator. Of course, poor instructions. And tech guys don’t work on weekend.

Beautiful addition to my deck

I bought this bbq in 2024 and now using it. \i love how compact it is and easy to take with you, yet works wonderful as my main bbq at home. It also looks awesome and have received compliments on the quality while entertaining, Great job Broil king

Even temperature, easy to use and clean, well made

purchased it around 2016-17. It is easy to use, so we cook on it 2-3 times a week year round in Southern California. It cooks evenly and is big enough for a family of four to six. it takes about 15 minutes to get up to 450F. The top & bottom are high quality and sturdy. The top had a hinge break around year four or so and the top (we sent photos) was replaced under warranty. Great For RV'ing.

Purchased a second Porta-Chef after original stopped working after nine years. We use it when we are RV'ing as it fits nicely in an original Coleman Roadtrip carrying case which goes in our trailer storage compartment. I wanted a unit that stood on its own without using a table so I can place it where best suited at RV site. It works great as we Bbq almost nightly when on trips.

Porta Chef 320 wins over Weber Q

Have used the original porta chef for years then went to Weber Q found it to be not as hot and not as controlable ! so bought a 320 porta chef after using side by side Porta chef is way better to use than the weber,

A Great TakeAlong for everyone

Direct connect to our 5th wheel travel trailer

We were looking for a BBQ that can connect to the propane outlet on our 5th wheel trailer and is small enough to fit in the outside storage space. This one allowed us to do just that! When folded down, it fits in our rear storage compartment - it's the larges one and the BBQ barely fits. Broke the lid before using it

Put it together after taking it out of the box, years after buying it because it was not needed yet. Then when trying to follow the instructions to take the legs off the lid came out of the slots on one side and it snap the tab off.

Nice compact propane bbq

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought last year to use with our RV trailer. The legs easily remove and the lid locks in place and you carry it by the handle. Easy to store when off season. Uses a full size propane tank which is convenient.

Broken plastic body from new. Sent me a new body with no labels, instructions, trim. Ridiculous.

Difficult To Transport

My wife gave this BBQ to me as a Christmas present and after two uses the clips that are supposed to hold the legs to the bottom of the BBQ for transport do not hold the legs they just fall off. The two end tables clipped to the bottom of the BBQ twice and now they won't stay on at all. Now I have to carry the legs and the tables separately, this BBQ is NOT truly portable.
