Another Dented Product

I should have not ascribed the two other reviews to random events. I cannot tell you how quiet or effective the fan or the lights are. I haven't installed it yet. I will install it and replace it with another brand at the earliest convenience. It's quite obvious the quality control at Broan or their packaging leaves a bit to be desired. This will be a one and done purchase. Not recommended, avoid at all costs.

Broan Undercabinet Range Hood

After being without a hood while we did the kitchen renovation, I am really enjoying my new hood. I do a lot of cooking, and between the LED lights and the strong blower, I am very happy with the way this hood works. It is shorter than my previous hood by 4 inches, so there is more room between my cooktop and the hood which gives me more work space for stirring etc. My last hood lasted for 32 years, and I hope this one lasts that long too!

Dented on Arrival

This was the 3rd Broan range hood I ordered. The first 2, a different model, both arrived dented. The 3rd rangehood, this model, also arrived dented. Very disappointed

Dented, scratched, used, and no packaging

This item was shipped directly from Broan. I am shocked that they would simply take a used and dented unit, place it in a thin box with no protection, no packaging, and no manual, absolutely nothing in the box except a loose scratched and dented used vent. I have returned to Lowes and will never purchase a Broan product again.
