Expensive piece of junk

I had to replace my 3 year old Kitchenaid dishwasher because Lowe’s warranty service stated it couldn’t be repaired. A new Kitchenaid dishwasher was not offered in black stainless so we went with Bosch 800. The dishwasher does not clean or dry well and the racks are very poor quality. Both Lowe’s and Bosch have failed me as a customer. Poor customer service.

We spent a lot of money to buy a "top of the line" 800 series dishwasher. Initially we loved it and really appreciated how quiet it was Then the recirculation pump started leaking, giving us the error code 31-00. Of course we are now out of warranty as I learned when I called Bosch customer service. To fix this type of failure it is at least $1200. Great dishwasher and super easy to buy with Lowe’s

Great machine, easy to install with the kit items included, and such a smooth process of ordering online and scheduling install with Lowe’s. I have used a local appliance dealer and installer in the past that was really expensive because it was supposedly the best but Lowe’s beat that supplier by a mile. overpriced low quality Bosch 800 dishwasher

My bosch series 800 dishwasher failed after 16 months. The bosch approved appliance repair man said that he thought i might need a new $600 pump but wasn’t sure it would fix the problem. Bosch tec service was of no help. The Bosch service tec offered no solutions and said that if after all the repair attempts failed and i was out the money they might consider prorating a credit if the bosch approved appliance repairman wrote them a letter stating that he was unable to fix the machine. Great Product with a sleek and Professional look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm am excited to be a new owner of the Bosch 800 Series Dishwasher. This machine is extremely quiet, I forget that it's even running. The helpful L.E.D. light on the bottom right corner of the door indicates that the dishwasher is cleaning and drying my dishes better then any other dishwasher I've seen or own.

Older version better

I purchased a Bosch in 2020 that cost almost a third of what this one cost. The older version had a larger third rack, larger cutlery basket, and had straight tines. For the price of this one it should come with a larger third rack and definitely larger cutlery basket. This cutlery basket is rinky dink and fills up pretty quickly. Pretty disappointed in Bosch.

Quiet and Dry

So far, so good. Lowe's team was great about scheduling installation, and the appliance is fantastic. The Crystal Dry feature is a game changer with little ones and it is super quiet we often dont even know it is running.

This dishwasher is amazing! Our last one only lasted two years and was not great at washing OR drying and it leaked. This dishwasher washed and dries so quickly, it is nearly silent, and is well-worth the price!

Awesome Product

I bought this Bosch Dishwasher because this is what she wanted. She has said more than once that this dishwasher is everything that she expected, (Third Rack, Capacity, Quietness, Cleaning, Drying, and Reliability). It other words, AWESOME.
