Would Not RecommendWe have been using this unit for almost 3 months now having had several Bosch units in the past. This is nothing like them. It feels cheap, very bad controls (requiring an app to run many of the settings), does not dry anything like previous models, and louder than expected. NOT Recommended.

Flimsy all around
Would Not RecommendThis 300 series is nowhere near as good as the one it replaced (a 10yr old unit). Everything is cheap plastic, the racks are light and feel fragile. The agitators are all plastic. The front panel isn't glued down and you can press it in and out about 1/2". Bosch clearly values profit over building a solid product. This retails for $699 but, in my opinion, isn't worth $199. I'm glad I bought the 5yr warranty, I'm sure I'll need it.

Received a lemon
Would Not RecommendThe dishwasher was ordered in 12-2024 and delivered by Lowe's on 1-15-25. We received a lemon. The closing mechanism is very rough and loud - unlike any dishwasher any brand in the stores/showroom. In addition, based on our simple measuring tool, it seems to run at 70-80 decibels v the advertised 48. This means that Bosch factory QC is inadequate or missing. We have not used it and are awaiting a factory authorized service call more than 2 weeks after delivery and install.

Washes, does not dry
Would Not RecommendThis is a dish*washer* and that’s all. We use Jet Dry, turn on the extra dry setting, and everything still comes out dripping wet where we have to towel dry every item. We’ve only had this a couple weeks so I can’t speak yet to how well it will last, but it’s disappointing that a brand new dishwasher with an “extra dry” function doesn’t dry anything at all.
