Ratings & Reviews for Bosch 800 Series 24-in Top Control Built-in Dishwasher ( Stainless steel ) With Third Rack, PowerControl and CrystalDry , 42-Decibel

Dishwasher

Satisfied for now

Failed after three years

We spent a lot of money to buy a "top of the line" 800 series dishwasher. Initially we loved it and really appreciated how quiet it was Then the recirculation pump started leaking, giving us the error code 31-00. Of course we are now out of warranty as I learned when I called Bosch customer service. To fix this type of failure it is at least $1200. We took care of our dishwasher--cleaned regularly with approved products. We are disappointed. We might as well buy a new dishwasher at that repair p...

Great dishwasher and super easy to buy with Lowe’s

Great machine, easy to install with the kit items included, and such a smooth process of ordering online and scheduling install with Lowe’s. I have used a local appliance dealer and installer in the past that was really expensive because it was supposedly the best but Lowe’s beat that supplier by a mile. The machine was delivered and installed quickly, came with all of the items I needed and it’s a perfect dishwasher for my family, It is so quiet we have to lean close to it to hear it run for th...

overpriced low quality Bosch 800 dishwasher

My bosch series 800 dishwasher failed after 16 months. The bosch approved appliance repair man said that he thought i might need a new $600 pump but wasn’t sure it would fix the problem. Bosch tec service was of no help. The Bosch service tec offered no solutions and said that if after all the repair attempts failed and i was out the money they might consider prorating a credit if the bosch approved appliance repairman wrote them a letter stating that he was unable to fix the machine. Quiet, powerful, and makes doing dishes very easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch 800 has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. It’s incredibly quiet (you can barely tell it’s running) and the cleaning performance has been fantastic, even on heavily soiled dishes. I especially love how well it handles glassware and silverware without leaving spots or residue. The flexible rack layout also makes it surprisingly easy to fit everything from everyday dishes to larger pots and pans. It feels like a premium applianc...

Great Features

Had it a week and happy with purchase

Quiet Bosch

Super quiet and cleans great. Installation was flawless.

Great Appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No need to rinse dishes. Powerful and I love that the dishes are completely dry when done!

Great, with a few issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s quite a bit louder than we thought it would be, even with a decibel reading of 39. It takes two hours and forty five minutes for a complete wash and dry cycle. Besides these, we’re happy with our purchase.

Older version better

I purchased a Bosch in 2020 that cost almost a third of what this one cost. The older version had a larger third rack, larger cutlery basket, and had straight tines. For the price of this one it should come with a larger third rack and definitely larger cutlery basket. This cutlery basket is rinky dink and fills up pretty quickly. Pretty disappointed in Bosch.

Great Bosch Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with the wash results. There is practically no noise at all which is nice. I do wish there were options for a shorter wash cycle or just a rinse. This unit can be a bit awkward to load. Bowls tend to fall over in the spaces, and I wish there were additional fold downs for odd sized/shaped items. In the future, I may go back to a washer with controls outside of the door so it is easier to follow the progress of the wash. This wash...

Quiet and Dry

So far, so good. Lowe's team was great about scheduling installation, and the appliance is fantastic. The Crystal Dry feature is a game changer with little ones and it is super quiet we often dont even know it is running.

Top Notch

Superior cleaning power. So gald we went with this consumer report recommded model.

Thank You Bosch!

This dishwasher is amazing! Our last one only lasted two years and was not great at washing OR drying and it leaked. This dishwasher washed and dries so quickly, it is nearly silent, and is well-worth the price!

Lowe’s Failed to Honor Paid Installation and Remov

Extremely disappointed in Lowe’s. This review is about Lowe’s Labor Day promotion, not the Bosch product. I purchased a Bosch 800 Series dishwasher with free installation and removal. The product was delivered, but when I contacted Lowe’s to schedule installation and removal of my old appliance, they refused to honor the included services and instead tried to charge for both. After numerous calls and transfers, I returned the product within the 48-hour window. Lowe’s failed to honor what was pai...

Awesome Product

I bought this Bosch Dishwasher because this is what she wanted. She has said more than once that this dishwasher is everything that she expected, (Third Rack, Capacity, Quietness, Cleaning, Drying, and Reliability). It other words, AWESOME.

Almost 5 Stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great appliance. Well-built, very quiet, and cleans exceptionally well. The only drawback is that it does not completely dry, even on the 2+ hour cycle. The door and some dishes are still damp with moisture.

Quietly does a great job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We knew when we bought it that it would be quiet, but this is by far the quietest dishwasher our family has ever used. The Crystal Dry feature works well and gives the added benefit of the washer using less energy and not requiring all plasticware to go on the second shelf. The third row is important to us as we limit our water usage. Overall great!
