Ratings & Reviews for Bosch 500 Series 24-in Top Control Built-in Dishwasher ( Stainless Steel ) With Third Rack, Zone Wash and AutoAir , 44-Decibel

Motherboard has gone out twice in 2 years

We purchased this dishwasher in 2024 and the motherboard has gone out twice. the first time, the dishwasher was under warranty. The 2nd time the cost would be half of what we bought dishwasher for. We decided to buy a different brand instead. So much for paying a lot of money for something that is supposedly 'the best'. Not impressed with Bosch.

I wouldn't recommend it to an enemy.

It does not dry the dishes properly. The shelves are so inconvenient if you have anything other than plates and glasses. It retains water in the bottom and as of today, it leaks suds all over my kitchen floor. I heard Bosch was the best friend and I'm gonna tell you don't buy this dishwasher

Beautiful quiet dishwasher

better product??

this replaced an older 500 dishwasher that died. Everything about it is made of cheaper and flimsier material. Had it for 1 month and have a service call because door will not close sometimes. Terrible product. Not the German engineering you would expect.

Concern

I bought this last week. It is not working, I was told this is an issue of the installer and I am waiting for a response still.

Quiet and requires a light touch

The Bosch is quiet and dependable. We had a difficult time starting it until I read the directions, uses a light touch. My husband and I are heavy handed.

Bosch 500 series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mixed feelings about this dishwasher. I love the quietness, some of the features and how well it cleans. The downside is connecting it to WiFi is way more complicated than it needs to be. Also I can fit less dishes than I could in my previous dishwasher, which is a bit disappointing. Overall I like it, but for the premium price I would like there to be more space or a better dish configuration.

Excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently moved homes, leaving my still-going-strong Bosch dishwasher behind. I hated the one in the house I bought - it didn't accomodate my heavier pottery-type dishware and didn't clean nearly as well. I saw this on sale and decided to make the switch. I am SO glad I did. Bottom rack dish spacing is perfect. I didn't like that the cutlery holder sort of bounced around wherever so I started using the upper rack for those and found that I pre...

Bosch is the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No problems with my new dishwasher and Bosch was the only brand I would have even considered since my current Bosch was 20 years old.

Amazing futures.

I bought it 3 weeks ago and I am loving it !

First Bosch we have bought. Really like it, quiet, gets dishes/silverware clean!

Runs very quiet

Run the dishwasher to test the water discharge pressure then decided to install a new drain pipe. Haven’t had the chance to run yet. Haven’t filled the dishwasher up yet it might 4 days from now
