Love my Bosch Diswasher!

Broke after a year

A year later, the dishes don’t clean well. Required to pay 400 to fix it. Not worth

Already Busted !

Almost out of warranty and broken. Would have to wait 2 weeks for a service call through Bosch. Hired a local company for same day service 😞

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Third shelf for silverware is great to maximize space on the lower level and ensure clean flatware. Dishes come out clean every time. Only thing to improve would be lower shelf configuration to fit more plates.

A quiet wonder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first Bosch dishwasher and I am so happy with our choice. The dishwasher is so quiet I would forget it was on if not for the indicator light. Coming from a prior appliance that sounded like an airplane landing this is a welcome change. The dishes come out clean and dry even with the lack of heat drying. Will only buy Bosch from now on!

I love the Bosch dishwasher! Never had a Bosch dishwasher before & I'm loving it! I have to get near to hear if it actually came on! And the dishes are clean!! Thanks for a great product!

Quiet as a mouse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my last Bosch dishwasher for almost 15 years and it served me well, so it was an easy switch to this model and boy, am i glad i did. It is whisper quiet and the flat surface is beautiful in my kitchen. Kudos Bosch. Another home run!

Too complicated

You cannot set the dishwasher options (heavy wash, sanitize etc.) from the appliance panel. The only way to make changes is by loading the connect phone app, and even then, you are purely lucky if you can put in the settings you want.

Smelly, does not dry

From day one, this unit has started to smell. There is nothing in the filter, as we check it constantly to try and find the smell. We use the air dry, regular dry, and nothing works to actually dry the dishes. It is such a shame that as we pay more, quality continues to diminish.

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I love this dishwasher. My wife especially love it because of the top mini rack for utensils. I love that we can delay starting because it saves on our electricity bill. I just wish that it had a larger standard silverware caddy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher on major sale, without much research. It cleans good, but it uses JetDry incredibly fast. The silverware basket on the bottom is tiny (it does have a 3rd rack for silverware). Taller cups dont fit well in the middle rack (because of the 3rd rack). It is super quiet! I'm still undecided about it over all. If I needed to purchase another new dishwasher, I'd really consider going back to a kitchen aide with only 2 r...

Do not buy 18 months old and all of sudden making a buzzing noise through whole wash cycle $139 For technician just to come out asinine for a $1300 dishwasher might as well buy $400 dishwasher every year

Had it 18 months now it’s making a buzzing noise through the whole wash cycle all indications are it’s the circulation pump. Ridiculous for a $1300 dishwasher

500 Series Dishwasher

The shelving options are varied and many and pretty much anything that is dishwasher safe can be made to fit. However, there are two niggling recurring problems. 1. Evolved and familiar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Slight improvements have been made over the previous Bosch dishwashers I've had, the integration with the app allows for great control and it's so quiet to let you know when it's done which is helpful. Not quite as quiet as our 800 but everything else is fantastic.

Quiet, feature-packed and compact, help vids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this washer. If you don't watch any vids you may overlook some of the cool feautures this has. There is a hidden top rack for lids, knives and flat items. The racks fold down for large pots, etc. The rack can be lowered or raised if there are tall items. I highly recommend the Bosch app which explains many of these things. You can also control it remotely. Mop the floor and then turn on the unit from another room. Nice!
