What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this dishwasher for its exceptional quietness, with many noting they can barely hear it running. Reviewers consistently report dishes come out clean, dry, and spotless without needing rinse aid, citing the third rack as a standout feature. Long-term users express strong loyalty based on past reliability and durable construction. A small group mentions frustration with the redesigned bottom rack's large openings causing dishes to slide, and some note control panel difficulty. Overall, most customers consider the performance and quiet operation well worth the investment.

Would RecommendWe bought this dishwasher to replace a GE profile. That started to leak. It was very quiet. But this Bosch, you can barely hear standing right beside it is the quietest dishwasher we’ve ever owned and it does a good job cleaning.

Dishwasher Delivery
Would RecommendThe 2 delivery men were very, very good. They picked up all the trash, even the small pieces. They were friendly, courteous, and acted in a very professional manner.
So quiet!
Have had for two weeks now and love how quiet it is and the thoroughness of cleaning.

Four-Star Review
Would RecommendI can only give a 4-star review because of the tiny silverware caddy (which the extra basket/drawer at the top for larger accessories, etc. fails to make up for) and less-than satisfactory organization of both main drawers. Other than these deficits, the machine does a good job of cleaning, is quiet, and has lots of cycles and options.

Quiet Dishwasher
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is a nice upgrade from the previous one I had, it's much quieter and I love the quick wash option - everything comes out clean and mostly dry in about an hour. I haven't used any of the other wash options yet as the quick wash is doing an excellent job at cleaning. I have had no issues with spotting on glasses or dishes. The Home Connect Wi-Fi is nice until it loses it's connection - it's a bit difficult keeping it connected -...

Poor Packaging / Rough Shipping
Would RecommendThis is my second Bosch dishwasher for another home. Our 10 year old Bosch is great and hope this one will be as good or better. Styrofoam packaging was all beat up and cracked, Looks like it survived the shipping. Hope it is okay.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd Bosch Dishwasher for our home (plus one we have at a rental property). Our first one lasted over 11 years - the longest any dishwasher we've ever owned. We're looking forward to this one being as reliable.

Dishwasher is damaged inside and on door, also. It leaks. Also the kick plate has a deep scratch on it.

Very impressed!!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last night when I was cleaning up after dinner, I decided to see what this new machine was really made of. I placed my baked Mac n cheese pan on the bottom rack, didn't even rinse it first. It came clean!! It's definitely an upgrade!! I'm very pleased!!
