Not worth it

I highly recommend NOT buying this dishwasher. It may have the appearance of a quality dishwasher, but after a year of use, I can say that it is not. 1. traps moisture inside and causes rapid mold growth unless you run it daily and basically keep it empty. I have lost so many dishes to the mold growth. 2. leaves residue on the dishes and leaves them tasting like soap. The instructions say to use THEIR special soap AND rinse aid for best results. what a scam. my decade old crappy apartment dish...

Terrible product

Does not dry dishes even with extra dry

New Bosch 100 series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to purchase a new dishwasher because our previous Bosch dishwasher got struck by lightning. It was only 4 years old. The new Bosch 100 series dishwasher seems more cheaply made inside and out. The exterior does not look as nice as our previous one, and it does not have the digital countdown. So far it seems to wash as well, which is the most important thing. Strangely, the white model comes with a black kickplate.

Ordering for install is onerous.

Dishwasher seems fine. Buying experience left plenty to be desired.

Good quality dishwasher

So far it seems to be a good dishwasher with many good features.

Disappointed

Disappointed with the rack design. The upper rack is very poorly designed to secure glasses. The cutlery bin in the lower rack does not fit flush with the side of the rack and takes up too much space. My previous Bosch had a far superior rack design.

Bosch Dishwasher

Clean design, very quiet and easy to install. Only thing I would have liked added is a "cycle finished" indicator.

Seems more cheaply made than older units.

We halfway regret this purchase. In many cases, you have to connect it to Wi-Fi (the internet) in order to use many of it's extra functions. It will still work if you don't, but the front touchpad leaves a lot to be desired. It looks cheap and feels cheap, and doesn't work at times when we touch it! Good basic Bosch dishwasher choice

I’m still figuring out the best way to stack my dishes to maximize space. I appreciate that I don’t have to worry about melting plastic in this appliance. Won’t work, NO customer support

Bought this Bosch dishwasher in JUNE from Lowe’s..unit doesn’t work, it fills then drains w/in 4 min. After 4 visits to Lowe’s to see if anyone could help I was told I needed to call Bosch directly as they don’t have anyone in the store that knows exactly how it works as they have over a thousand items that they sell, and sorry… you only had 48 hrs to return a defective product…Thank you Lowe’s! Bosch 100 Series

This replaces a Bosch Series 100 that finally gave out after 15 years of daily use. I decided on this model, again, based on high rating marks from Consumer Reports, Forbes, and Goodhouskeeping. I don't need all the bells & whistles of high priced machines... I just want clean, sanitized dishes.

A nuisance to peel off coating

The machine works very well (we hope that it holds up as well as the FOURTY year old GE that it is replacing...) Five weeks in and we noticed that the stainless steel on the door appeared badly marred and seemed to be peeling. A call to Bosch got us "It could be just a protective shipping coat that is meant to pull off. If not, we do not warrantee issues involving finishes.." Hence the low overall rating.
