Recommend pairing with hammer drill
Would RecommendProduct seems durable. I drilled 4.5 inch holes into concrete post bases without issues. Though I recommend using a hammer drill with this but opposed to just use a rotation only drill

Would RecommendI was installing anchors in a LARGE swimming pool, usually i go through 2 bits due to dulling and chipping the concrete, i used the same bit for 47 holes and never seemed to dull 👍🏼
