very nice refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Counter depth is great. This frig really does keep my food much nicer in the veg drawer and meat drawer, a real improvement. Love the shelving options and depth on the interior of the refrigerator. The ice and ice scoop are surprisingly perfect. I am completely happy. I am 70, live alone and love to cook every single day!

Center Drawer Problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator”s center drawer falls off the tracks when opened. Literally falls off the track. The drawer must be lifted and repositioned to close it. Very disappointing.

Premium fridge - major failure after only 3 years

We actually love this refrigerator. It looks great, has a fantastic layout, and until now we’ve been very happy with it. Unfortunately, just over three years after purchasing it, the freezer completely failed. A Bosch-authorized service provider diagnosed a failure of the freezer sealed refrigeration system requiring replacement of the compressor and evaporator components. Handsome and Functional

Really spacious and sleek refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is spacious and sleek. Not to many handles, and lots of customizable shelfs. We had a pull out freezer on our last refrigerator that had only two drawers. This one has three drawers that all pull out, with a little more room. Refrigerator blends in perfect and doesn’t stand out in a bad way.

Great features except one giant annoyance

Beautiful fridge

Good temperature control

After buying 2 other refrigerators that didn’t keep the temperature steady, we bought the Bosch. The temperature is always consistent. The drawers help to make our fruit last longer. The ice maker produces a lot of ice but after a year it went out. We’re waiting for a part to have it fixed. That’s why only 4 stars. I’d still recommend this unit because it keeps your food fresh longer.

Terrible warranties and conpany

I would not recommend this product to an enemy first a small clip on the freezer freezer tray stopped operating properly within the first couple of months of ownership the Repair people that Bosch them out damaged the front of the fridge and there's four dents on it because the stainless steel is so cheap Bosch would not fix it. The Repair people would not assume responsibility either now 24 months into ownership. The compressor has died and Bosch is not going to help with any portion of the rep...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a high quality refrigerator. For counter depth size there is actually a lot of room inside. At first I was wondering why the water filling access was inside and the ice maker inside the freezer door but I like it better now. The quality and quantity of the ice is much better than any other we’ve owned. I wish the French doors didn’t have the middle flap because it seems like it will wear out eventually and it’s hard to remember to close...

Just installed Bosch Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge installed 8/31/2026, took hours to get cold after instillation, but it is really well lit, you can see everything. It is spacious, I like the inside water dispenser, takes up less room inside. We are happy with it in the 2 days since instillation. Our last fridge was Bosch and really liked it, we have moved and left it in the house.
