Great fridge

It's So Quiet!

Bosch 800 series french door fridge

I've been able to adjust the shelves to meet my needs and set up the temperature for bins for what they are used for. The freezer is spacious and well organized. I like everything about it - how it looks, how it functions and ease of use.

Horrible Experience with Lowes

Lowes delivered the item damaged. 9 dents and they broke a bin. I can't be without a fridge, so I called Lowes immediately. They cannot exchange for the same item because they say it's a special order item. I CAN go online and reorder the same item and pay another 4k for it. They suggest I keep the item and they will discount it for me- 9 dents and the discount is not even the amount of tax on the item. Horrible experience. They cannot "promise" a manager will call me back, I was told by one rud...

So far So good

Great ice maker, problematic doors

I like how narrow it is. The icemaker is top-notch. The water spout inside the fridge is a nice touch. However, the doors are very light and often don't close all the way. They feel very cheap and plasticky, which I would not expect from such a high and expensive refrigerator.
