Nice unit but parts support is weak

This a good refrigerator. However when the top refrigerator shelf was dropped and broke, not replacement was available. This unit is only five years old!

Broken door handle with light use

I normally love Bosch, but the ice maker has always been noisy and now the door handle broke off. They can and should do better.

Unbelievably Discontinued Parts

after just 2 years the water valved needed replacement and Bosch decided to discontinue without subsitution. Their solution is for me to buy a new refrigerator. Amazing!

Worst ice maker and water dspenser

The ice make is horrible spits I've out everywhere and it is obnoxiously loud. We are shopping for a new fridge. We hate this refrigerator bought July 2021. Waste of our money.

An OK choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have all Bosch appliances and when our 800 series frig bit the dust we got this as the 800 series is no longer available in side by side and this 300 series was available. In hind sight we should have got the 3 door version of the 800 series as this one is disappointing compared to the 800 we had, good, but seems no better than the bargain basment brands. and if fact my be a rebranded version.

OK but not the greatest

First, the ice overflows constantly second, the produce fresh drawers don't fit snuggly or smoothly third one of the shelves trapped from normal use, and without any impact overall, a few quarters were cut on the manufacturing quality and the design.

Sleek fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a sleek looking fridge with low front noise such as a minimalist logo, one color, skinny flat handles, and few buttons. It is counter depth with less space, but there are a lot of organization options. This is my favorite appliance brand.

Horrible Model and Ice Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family has had this fridge for about 5 years now. The ice maker does not work properly and takes up about 40% of freezer space. The overall space of this fridge is small. The water filter also takes up a portion of the top row which makes it harder to fit gallon bottles. Extremely unhappy with this product.

Ice Maker Stopped Working After 4 Years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent refrigerator for 4 years. Weird thing about ice tray. If you remove the ice tray, they freezer will dispense 1/2 dozen ice cubes into the freezer and on the floor. So, you need to pull the tray out a bit, then push it back in so you catch these last ice cubes, then you can remove the ice tray. Also, once the water stopped flowing to ice maker and door dispenser - no ice and no water. Somehow a lemon seed got stuck in the plastic w...

Over priced waste of money that doesn't work

Real Stainless Steel Exterior!

I appreciate that this appliance is truly "StainlessSteel!" So easy to keep finger prints off and magnets adhere! Excellent digital systel for temp control with lock mechanism on water and ice dispenser

Just what I wanted?

I really like the side by side layout for me. The only things i now wish was included is an adjustment for the fresh produce bins and a quieter icemaker and a better ice shoot, ice goes everywhere when you try and fill your cup and dont even try crushed ice unless you feel like picking it off the floor it goes absolutely everywhere. Other than that i am happy i purchased this side by side Fridge
