What Customers Are Saying
The mop is generally effective at cleaning various hard floor types, with the spray feature evenly distributing the cleaning solution. The reusable microfiber pad is praised for its ease of use and machine-washability. However, some customers have reported issues with the mop's durability, and the cost of replacement refills has been noted as a potential downside by a few reviewers.

We purchased this a few weeks ago and it works great in hard to reach areas. The solution leaves no streaks and our floors look terrific.

Would Not Recommendpoor quality
I used to love this mop. Quality has gone down
Would Not RecommendThe hand detaches from the mop head almost constantly. Especially swiveling the head around things. Cheap parts in a bad design result in a useless mop. Sad because I’ve had one of these years before and it was awesome. I loved it. Which is why I rebought it. Big mistake.
Lowes, the disincentive store
Doesn’t matter what you buy. You never get to use reward points. Ask an employee how and they shrug.

Would RecommendJust got new LVP flooring and loved how well this worked to clean my floors. It’s easy to manage. When you’re done, throw the pad in the wash and let it air dry.
