The gas can has a problematic spout design that makes it difficult to use. The spout is overly complicated with a spring-loaded mechanism that is hard to operate, often resulting in spills and leaks. The rigid and angled spout is challenging to position properly when pouring, leading to more spills. The lack of a separate air vent restricts the gas flow, causing sputtering and splashing. The heavy weight and single top handle also make the can awkward to hold and pour from. While the can itself is well-made and durable, the flawed spout design renders it essentially unusable for its intended purpose.

Built well and hold gasoline as designed. Unfortunately like all gas cans in these days it’s ventless so if your garage is like pretty much every garage in the world it gets warm in the summer and removing the cap will get gas on your hands, clothing, shoes, etc. If your trying to fill a small tank on say a weed eater your going to get gas everywhere. I will not buy this brand of gas can again

Over-thought design, not user-friendly
Would Not RecommendExactly what you would expect if the government dictated how gas cans need to be designed in order to keep everyone safe...except that you can't use this without getting gas on your hands and floor. It would be safer to mouth-siphon gas from this instead of trying to pour from it.

Gas can not recommended
Would Not RecommendHad no option but to give at least 1 star. Very awkward to use. You have to pull and hold a lever up with one hand while holding the can and turning in order to get the gas to flow out. Ended up spilling the gas all over my generator during a power outage. Very dangerous.

Would Not RecommendNeeded a new gas can to fuel a new pushmower. The "safety" features on the spout leaks a lot. The spout could never fit into the new style gas tanks on cars and light trucks. Big disappointment.

DO NOT BUY... unless you want gas on yourself
Would Not RecommendThe actual tank... yay, 10/10... the nozzle 0/10. Whoever designed the nozzle for this tank must constantly smell like gas... IT IS A NOZZLE, HOW DO YOU MESS UP A NOZZLE?!?!... just give us a regular tube. Please take this thing off of your shelves, I have never hated something so unnecessary in my life.

It holds gas but doesn’t let you get it out
Would Not RecommendI haven’t found a good gas can with a safety spout yet. I use this can for yard tools like mower and chain saws so it is impossible to stick the neck of the spout down into a small tank, press the weight of the five gallons against the spout and let the fuel flow. I had to buy the replacement “flex” spout kit (another $10) and throw the spout that comes with this can away. It’s a shame you can’t just buy new cans with the flex spouts anymore.
