Bought this system almost a month ago on sale for when I was able to install it at my new house. Opened the box and began setting up and testing but the very first camera threw me for a loop. I spent so much time checking the app settings and trying to get the firmware to reinstall. Finally tested another camera and found out the first one is a dud. So much wasted time!!!

Would RecommendOn a lot less than 1000 sq ft. Works wonderfully, great quality video. Audio works well. Night time features are awesome. Have yet to see the battery life to its advertised 2 year spec. The ability to add cameras post installation is really nice.

Worst customer-focus service I've experienced.
Would Not RecommendWrong package delivered! Wrong order number. Spoke to several associates. Hung up on, at least twice. Called back numerous times, no answer. Told it would take days to pickup wrong delivery (or I had to deliver to store) before I could be refunded for my undelivered product bought through their site, but delivered by their chosen third party service. Never will I order delivery through Lowe's again. Too much hassle.

Would RecommendLove how they pick up with extended range in the daytime. Night time doesn’t show as well and batteries doesn’t last very long so you definitely need to buy solar panels for these.
