Safety at its best!

I bought the Blink cameras a month ago. They were easy to put up and set up! For a retired person, these cameras are an easy, affordable safety feature!

Customer service does not know what they are doing

I could only get one of the two cameras to sync and I called customer service and they said it was because of the cable service in the Internet if one camera can go on the Internet why not to that does not make sense to me. I took everything apart and then reset and then still the one camera would not sync. sounds like your Internet problem and there is nothing we can do for you. Ain’t that great customer service

Awesome cameras

We purchased the two camera with XR system and when it went on sale right after, we added the four camera system to it for coverage all around our house. the sync module XR is awesome because all you need is an SD card with it to record locally and avoid the cost of a Blink subscription if desired.

Great wireless security camera system

My other wireless camera died and I had heard very good things about the Blink camera system. I am so glad that I purchased it. I am very pleased with the camera system.

2 Bad cameras, worse Blink customer service

I'll start by saying that Lowe's customer service was great, as they took two of these kits as returns in a helpful manner. The first was exchanged for a new kit as one of the four cameras was blurry. After over two weeks of going back and forth with Blink customer service to resolve the issue, with them promising to send me a replacement camera (under warranty,) no camera was forthcoming. Finally took it back to Lowe's. They exchanged it with a new kit, no problem. Guess what? The second kit al...

Simple to understand

All the pieces came in one box. They had really simple set of instructions that were easy to follow.The only thing I had to buy was the memory card.

Easy to setup

This is a cost effective solution for home security. It was amazingly easy to setup. Took less than 15 minutes, including mounting.

Brought these because of reviews, but been very disappointed. Sometimes don't get notifications until 30 minutes later or not at all. Had 2 of these and doorbell Camara batteries go dead in less than 5 months
