What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the seamless integration of bright floodlights and high-quality video surveillance. The 2600-lumen LED lights provide excellent yard coverage with reliable motion activation, while the 1080p HD camera delivers clear, detailed footage with impressive infrared night vision and color-enhanced night capability. Reviewers highlight easy installation, intuitive app control, two-way audio, and seamless Alexa integration as major strengths. The wired design eliminates battery changes, and many customers purchase multiple units for different property areas. A few report WiFi connectivity issues or occasional offline behavior, and some note subscription requirements for cloud storage, though these concerns remain minor compared to overall satisfaction.

Easy DIY
Would RecommendEasy installation with minimal electric work required. Good lighting and detailed camera. I installed two in the afternoon. Blink makes a good product, we then decided on the doorbell camera, as well.

Requires 120v
Good camera details, picks up on even small animals like dogs, raccoons, and beavers. AI feature was nice but kinda expensive for it. It is wired so it needs 120v line and box. Easy enough to set up while up on a ladder. Lights are not the biggest so if you need a large area you may need more lights.

Worked great for 4 months
Bought ours may 2nd of this year. Worked great until yesterday. Thought WiFi crapped out. Got home and no lights. Power to the camera is fine. It just quit completely. Not sure if Lowe’s will do anything about it. The price has doubled so won’t be getting anymore.
Works great! Caught my neighbor moving my trash barrels

I am excited when I can see what is going on outside my home, even able to speak to the delivery person. I do wish they had a surge protector built in them.

Huge waste of money
Would Not RecommendGoes "offline" frequently and the light is the most ridiculous thing ever. Doesn't matter if you turn it on, set it to motion detection, or turn it off, it will do what it wants. Customer service was definitely no help at all.
