So much space, it's an electric griddle so there will be cold spot but I like that there is those spots to not over due the food. The hood makes a huge difference too

Countertop Blackstone
I just got it so a little time is needed but appears to be well built and easy to operate. Only concern is the lid comes off easy which is good for cleaning but almost too easy as it can come off when lifting to cook. Also, inside metal tr on lid sticks out by the grease trap and when washing it, it is easy to catch your finger on the metal corners. It would be better having those rounded off. Otherwise really nice.
