Ceramic Coated Griddle
The ceramic coating on the griddle is amazing. The traditional griddle tops have to be seasoned like a cast iron skillet. The ceramic coated Griddle top is ready to go after a quick cleaning with soap and water. Nothing sticks even when blackening fish. And it is extremely easy to clean after use. Let the top cool just a little pour some water and wipe clean with a towel and your done.
