Ratings & Reviews for Blackstone 36" Culinary Cabinet Griddle with Side Table 4 -Burner Liquid propane Flat Top Grill

Great Grill!

I bought this a month ago for my husband. He is absolutely in love with his new grill. It works great and he is now cooking up a storm. It was put together well in a timely fashion by the Vacaville, CA Lowes and the customer service people at the front of that store were wonderful and very helpful.

Nice blackstone

I bought this 3 weeks ago and so far so good. Very big grill to serve my guests. Easy to put together. Easy to season. Easy to clean up. And adds great flavor. Great service from Lowe’s buy online and pickup. I really like the cabinet underneath.

Like a lot of others only go there when I absolute

I gave it a two star only because of the associate working with me other than that, it would be a one star this store sucks and the manager has no concern about customer satisfaction

Griddle for the win!

Happy with this purchase. We bought this for a party and we were able to make a lot of food very quickly. This is being used more now than my regular BBQ. Would recommened!

Poor construction and even poorer customer service

Purchased this grill online with associate help at a lowes location and was very excited. Until it arrived with parts that didn't quite fit and an almost unuseable lid. Contacting Lowes was useless as I was told this was now a Blackstone matter regardless of having purchased it FROM them. Blackstone says they'll absolutely send me the broken parts and "NO WORRIES it'll only be a month or more before they get there"

Love it

Upgraded from the 28” with no cover, GAME CHANGING!!

Great purchase!

I bought this and I am so happy with this purchase. The delivery drivers went above and beyond when delivering it to my house to ensuring it was assembled and putting it on the back porch. They were friendly and professional. The product works great!

Floor model?

I love the grill but am very upset that it was the floor model. I did not request it be assembled and the one they gave has a dent in the hood and looks like it had been collecting dust for 6 months.

Nice features

This is the second one I’ve purchased and is the perfect size for our gatherings. Really like the closed in area for the tank.

So far so good

Only used a couple times so far, but overall good results.

The website said it was going to be here several days before. Also, once it arrived it has a bent part. I paid almost $700 for this and showed up partially broken. When I called them they said I could send the whole grill back after it was already unpackaged.

Great Griddle

Cant stop using it!

Love it so far

I absolutely love this griddle, it is huge! I haven’t used it yet but so far after putting it together, it is well constructed/quality and meets my expectations. My only annoyance was the instructions, they were complicated, but not impossible. Be sure to pay attention to the position you screw things in, we found ourselves having to trial and error some parts because they weren’t labeled or pictured clearly. Nevertheless I can’t wait to fire up this bad boy today.
