If looking for a very simple product this works

If you don't want or need much power this is ok, otherwise buy a better product. It's ok for simple fixes and that's it. When I say I would recommend this product to a friend, I mean for simple fixit jobs.

Acts more like a drill.

There is no slow to higher speed...as soon as you start it goes at high speed and unless you are right-on the bit jumps our of slot. I took it back and with help from salesperson bought the GYRO driver.

worked great till it woudn't charge

I bought this power screwdriver and used it once. The battery died and even though I tried plugging it in over night several times thinking it was a user error, it would not charge. I took it back to the store and after a Lowe's employee fiddled with it for a while, it took a slight charge for them. Great rechargable screwdriver for the price

It charged very quickly and held the charge past the completion of my blinds hanging project.

This is a replacement unit. The first one took the original charge but never charged a second time. Don't know if it was the charger or the battery but it definitely had a problem. Other than that, the fact that you have 2 separate screw driver heads (1 Phillips and 1 straight blade) but no place to store the second head on the unit is really inconvenient. You have to have a separate place to store the extra head and then you have to remember to pick it up every time you need to use the unit.

Poor Trigger Placement

I purchased this electric screwdriver for household use. I was very disappointed the first time that I went to use it. There is not a normal trigger to activate the screwdriver. You have to reach your thumb or index finger around to the top of the tool to activate it. This is not as awkward if you use the tool straight. A must have!

Great for small jobs! I bought this for a tight area I needed to get screws into. I ended up using it for all the screws in the hutch I was putting hinges and drawer pulls on. The three adjustment levels on the handle came in real handy. It is so easy to control the speed of the screwdriver. No stripped out screws. I would think the only down fall is that it only comes with one size phillips head and flat head. But I will be looking to find other bits to fit for different size heads. Also, I hav...

It works great as a screwdriver but the handle is usless folded, you cant comfortably actuate the trigger. The trigger should be integral with the folding handle.

Power for less

I started not to buy this screwdriver because of its low price but I am glad I did. I can't believe how helpful it has made installing my houseful of mini blinds. Strong performer with big torque.
