Keep looking! This Coffee Pot isn’t worth it!

We’ve only had this coffee pot for a few months. A week after using the coffee pot it told us to clean it. I cleaned it. It is still saying clean every time we turn it on. Does it keep it from brewing coffee? No. Is it annoying. YES! In the beginning I was happy that the coffee was hotter than it was with our previous coffee maker. Stuck on Clean Cycle

I’ve had this coffee maker for 4 months & out of the 4 months, 2 months it has been stuck on the clean cycle after being cleaned several times. I’m extremely disappointed & do not recommend. There was a time when you saw the name “Black & Decker” you would know that you had a quality product. That was my entire reason for picking the machine over others in the store in the first place.

Absolute garbage

Worst carafe design I've ever seen. When the pot is full, it dumps coffee all over the place no matter how carefully you pour. Problem goes away once you get below 10 cups. I've been pouring coffee from different pots and different manufacturers every morning for over 40 years. I've never had a problem until now.

Clean cycle

Three months in and stuck on clean Clean cycle twice and unplugged and plugged in to no avail Only hack is to set to brew later only way to get it to work

Is it supposed to keep the coffee warm because my new one isn't doing this. The non-programmable is better as it keeps the coffee warm with the burner when it's plugged.

I like the strong brew feature

Time to Clean indicator. How do I turn it off after I have cleaned the coffee maker?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Given the fact we have moved often this is probably our 5th or sixth B&D coffee maker. We have also dabbled in less expensive and also some stupid expensive coffee makers. None seem to have the reliability and consistency of any of the B&D brand. Flavour is beautiful and we are coffee drinkers. Recommend any of their coffee makers.

Good so far

Works great so far for the month-ish I've had it. Hoping it lasts a good 7+ years like my last Black and Decker coffeemaker.

Clean Feature is a joke

Great coffee maker until the so called 'clean' feature kicks in. That didn't work! and will not allow brewing. So, now it doesn't work! Only had it 3 months. What a waste of money.

I bought this coffee machine today, my last Black and Decker coffee machine lasted me 27 years. Very impressed and happy with Black and Decker products.

An OK coffee pot

I bought this a few weeks ago and it's not exactly what I wanted. I thought it had a built-in basket for the coffee grounds . . . it doesn't. I had to buy paper filters. Also, the coffee is not very hot when first brewed? I have to heat my cup in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

Issue with power indicator light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unpacked and plugged in the coffee maker. The only light that appeared lite was the PM light. I was so disappointed to think there was no power on indicator light. Then next day I noticed a glimmer of light at the on/off switch. Very dim and hard to see. Guess it's better than no light at all.

Good

I just bought this and a few things I found out the coffee maker itself when placed on my kitchen counter needed a non slip pad under it to be secure, the clock was well lit but over powered the on/off light but overall good, I made my first pot of coffee today it was good.

I used the same cofee as always and it had a strong button on it .. and I'm not sure what fancy red thing is inside but it slow dips and makes the coffee taste better??

New B & D coffeemaker is good so far. This is my second one. My first Black & Decker coffeemaker lasted 25 years! Enough said.
