Ratings & Reviews for BLACK+DECKER Cordless Car Handheld Vacuum Cleaner

Black & Decker, handheld vacuum cleaner

Great product. Had a 10 years still going strong. Use it every day for small cleanups everywhere in the house. Well made sturdy and cleanable.

Not consumer friendly. Bad battery life

I bought this is 2023 and tried to use it for the first time in 2026. It won't charge at all and I was told by B&D "too bad, it's out of warranty." . It's not even user friendly to replace the battery. Whelp... They lost a customer

Broken

Purchased 8/26. I believe that this product was returned previously because the package was suspicious.

20V Max Vac

Very good vacuum for between cleanings. We use it daily and it's always done great job. We have owned 2 of this model.

Brand New But Won't Charge

Over the years, I've used these daily for quick cleanups. I thought I'd buy two more for eventual replacements, but these won't charge even after 24 hours. I found the date of 2023 on the boxes, so I'm guessing the batteries are past their charging lifespan. Disappointed. Will be returning today.

Absolutely love

I absolutely love this max handheld vacuum. Great for places I cant use a regular vacuum. I've used in our van. Around the birds to get all them seeds. On stairs and so much more. The suction works great. East to carry light Weight. Charges decently fast. The stand is great . Not in the way.

Nice design, poor battery

The battery life is pretty weak as it only lasts about 5 to 10 minutes before needing a long recharge. Mine reached four years and the battery is basically unusable now.

Great Little Vacuum

Have owned product for many years. Found it very reliable and strong in pickup dust and dirt. Filter is easy to clean and/or replace. Would strongly recommend

Great handheld vacuum

This handheld vac has powerful suction. Really like the swivel nozzle and pop-out brush.

Pivots were the best til now

The Pivot is my favorite portable hand vac for its compact footprint and strong suction. I've probably gifted 6 Pivots to friends and family and have 3 in the house now. Unfortunately, the last 2 Pivots I bought will not charge up and are sitting brandnew in a box. What a quandry! I plan to con- tact B&D for help.

Horrible run time!

I have had a Dustbuster Pivot Vac for a little more than 6 months and it now will not hold a charge for more than 3 minutes. This is unsatisfactory. What can be done?

Heavy duty

Enjoy this product Very good very helpful cleaning up small debris around the house very powerful efficiency is good and the folding mechanism Overall is very nice

Convenient and More Powerful!

This excellent compact workhorse is easy to use and very convenient for household spruce-ups and spills. This current generation vacuum is more powerful and holds a charge longer than previous models.

6 years

I received this product December 2019 and I love it! I use it everyday for my car or in my house. I am now having a little problem that when I use it it turns off. After 6 years. It may be the battery?

No wide mouth nozzle attachment

Doesn’t have a wide mouth nozzle atrachment. Otherwise good vac

EZ folding, charging, emptying but no accessories

I like the folding feature and the ease of placing it in the charger base. Also it is easy to empty. Also like the folding brush at at the tip. Missed any attachments that could help it get into crevices and corners.

Charging base is too flimsy

I have bought two of these in the past decade. Both are still in use. No problem with either vacuum but the charging dock is too flimsy and doesn't always charge.
