Love this air purifier and Bissell customer service

After a few years it was malfunctioning and Bissell customer service was so great about sending us new parts to try, super quickly. When that still didn't work, they sent us a new replacement unit since it has a 5 year warranty. The turn around time was super fast, and I am so impressed with the customer service. For how much it costs, it might disappoint you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So here's the thing. In general, I have loved this air purifier. I even bought a second one to keep in another room. It was quiet, and it definitely did its job. HOWEVER... for how much I paid for them, there is one glaring issue that really irks me. There is a particle sensor -- just a little device with a fan that sits in a compartment in the side of the appliance - that will absolutely start making a racket after between 6 months to a year. ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good product, quiet when set at automatic mode. WiFi makes it easy to set your run times . It looks like a medium sized audio speaker. When set on high it moves a great deal of air, which is good.

Works okay??

I'm like I know the air isn't that clean, and my dog is in the room with this a majority of the time. I bought this to limit dander in the air from my dog. It finally kicked into gear when my dog laid next to it yesterday, which I found odd, because he was just bathed. The number read 295 and the light turned red. It kicked on high. It is loud...

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ITEM!

Outstanding product, especially in the ‘Automatic’ mode. Detects indoor pollution (burned toast) extremely quickly then dramatically increase the air volume being filtered until the air quality returns to pre-pollution levels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ITEM. Two other family members bought one of these based on their superior performance and stylish design.

Stylish and functional.

So far it is quick to act when something is burnt while cooking, on the auto setting. Slight design makes the size bareable

Impressive performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great, superior to my old Honeywell units, auto works great, speeds up when it needs to and whisper quiet the rest of the time. The carbon filter is impressive and removes odors like nothing I've ever owned other than ozone which is not suitable when the space is occupied.

Noisy but worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a bit noisy, but I sleep fine with it on low. I really like how it automatically kicks up higher when we cook. I have asthma and cooking odors bother me. This purifier clears them out much faster. Waiting to see how it does this summer with pollen.

I have noticed that the dust and dog hair on furniture are less! And, the purifier cleared the air of an over-cooked item; I know you advertise that benefit but hoped I wouldn't need it -- well I did. :-) Thank you!!

Pleased with purchase

Looked at several different manufacturers air purifiers before selecting Bissell. So far, pleased with purchase.
