WORKS! but takes 2 applications
Would RecommendTried this product at the recommendation of a friend. Be prepared to move fast! The bottle goes quick ( about 8 minutes) but provided good coverage for our average size yard. Downfall is that here in South Mississippi it rains ALOT, so it rained shortly after we applied. We still noticed results in a couple of days, our brown patch started to shrink and become green again( it had taken over half the yard). We re-applied in 2 weeks and now the brown patch is GONE! A bit pricey, but worth it compa...

Bayer Products are better than any product
Would RecommendI was a Bayer buyer when it first came out. I knew from the beginning that other products would have to do catch up or lose out. I have been attending my own yard since 1972 and I know my products and my proof is in the putting. My yard any those kept by a service. Good luck other brands! I will add a picture someday..I have spent a lot of dollars at Lowes and a lot on Bayer.....
