Season Long Grub Control Granules - Works Great!

Used a hand spreader and it is the only product I have ever used that cured my grub/mole problems. Thank you for this wonderful product. I live in North Texas.

Not sure it's effective

It was early October 2024 when I found grubs under our loose sod. Read Autumn is best time to kill feeding grubs as they're just under the sod they are destroying at the root. Put down this BioAdvanced and watered in. A week later still finding grubs under sod that they had dismantled at the root. Applied again a week later and again a third time the third week. It's now Oct 29, 2024, and still find these slimy things under loose turf...Not sure it's killing anything...(?)

Excellent results

My garden center specifically recommended this product when I when in with pictures of damage in my yard. The product works quickly— I could tell within 24 hours of application that the critters feasting on my lawn appear to have moved on as I am not seeing any new areas of damage. Will definitely be applying a preventative application next year.

Doesn't work against chinch bugs

applied it in early May, have chinch bugs now, end of June.

Overnight mounds gone overnight

It seems to be better than expected, haven’t seen any new overnight overground mounds. Will do another treatment/application next week to be sure. Great product.

Might be good, but not if you expect to cover 5000

No way this cover's 5000 sq. ft. I had some brown spots start appearing, and after digging out an area for a firepit found a few grubs, so decided to treat the entire lawn. Being very generous in my measurements, I came up with 6000 sq ft of lawn that I could have possibly covered if I did every possible inch of my lawn. I set my Scots spreader at the lowest possible setting (2) which barely opens feeder. I did the back yard first which is a little bigger than the front, and one bag didn't even...

Time will tell. Happy so far.

I bought it and put it on my lawn as directed. Not too hard in my spreader. Time will tell how well it works. I've got moles so I expect there are grubs in the soil. Plan to do some digs as the summer progresses.

Study Confirms Product Ineffective Against Grubs

Per May 1, 2013 study by MSU Dept. of Entomology (which is online), the active ingredient in this product does not effectively kill grubs, despite manufacturer's claim otherwise. I returned product and brought this fact to the attention of Lowe's. Lowe's gave a refund for the grub products I had not used, but did not otherwise seem to care. I will try Scott's Grubex instead.
