I have been using Bayer advanced this year along the wood line of my property to control ticks and fleas and it seems to be working very well as both myself and our little dog have had fewer tick and flea issues this year. I spread a couple of bags every three months or so from early spring until mid. fall

This Stuff Works

We have used this before when having problems with grass killing grubs. We used it again this summer with the same good results. Recommend this product.

Still waiting for it to work 3 weeks later.

This stuff does not work, only reason I bought it is because they were out of my usual stuff. Applied in mid-March, and, as last year, no ants, but after the second application in mid-June, and I was seeing a few...but not like I was at this time last year. Late July, these ant beds were everywhere...and worse than ever before. Dozens upon dozens. Even with the old stuff I used, I’d still get 3-4 beds a month tops, but nothing that wasn’t manageable by the Spectracide powder...in fact, that’...

We use this a few times a year and it actually works great for ticks.

Insect killer?

Years ago, I bought a bug killer "Bug Bait", and after using it there were dead bugs all over the place. I'd have to say that stuff really worked. This Bayer Advanced, was spread out throughout the yard, and I haven't seen one dead bug. I'd have to say, it really hasn't worked. I've already, tried several different insecticides, and none seem to work. I am very disappointed.

Bugs are back

I bought this last month and applied per specs. Worked for 3 weeks and now ants are back. I bought this to also kill sod webworms and now I see moths coming out of lawn when I mow. Time to get something else.

spraying problems

I live in the UP of Michigan and just sprayed it on a lawn with my 30 gal pull behind sprayer and the problem is that the screens on my unit kept gumming up. There is a screen on the inlet to the pump and one each just before the spray nozzles. I would run 26 gallons through it and would have to clean my screens out. the stuff in them was like gum. Not sure what to do. That's why I gave it a fair review.

Best product to kill a number of pesky pest!

I buy this product for myself and my mom and all I do is sprinkle around the perimeter of the house, and it takes care of a lot of pest that wants to get in your house, and it's good for a whole year.

Ants are back with a vengeance

My husband applied this product two weeks ago. We had a pretty decent ant and grab issue. I just checked the lawn today not only are there more ant hills then there were before but the product worked for Less then two weeks and we put it on at the maximum level . There has to be a better product. This one clearly didn’t work.

Killed ALL the honeybees !

The neighbors girlfriend thought she would surprise him while he was out at sea by spraying his acre which is right next to my well (which is only 25 feet deep) ! Now , there are NO honeybees to be seen ! Thanks a lot for not putting warnings about this containing neonicotinoids which has been proven to be wiping out the bee populations ! I also can't wait to have my well tested in a month or so . This is the second review I posted . Seems the other one was deleted .

Suspected Formula Change

I bought 3 bottles of the package that connects to our hose. The plants (flowers, bushes and lawn) on which I sprayed the first bottle have all either died or look very sick and I hope they live. I could understand if it hurting some flowers...but the lawn too?!?! I sprayed it near a large oak tree and I hope that doesn't die. What would cause this?. What should I do to save my lawn since it's just now turning yellow? Is it possible that they bottle was defective because I remember think...

Bought this product and treated front and back yard. Seemed to work for all critters except the little ants. I have tons of ant hills all over lawn. Do I need to retreat?

Used to pay a company to do my yard but wasnt happy.. tried this product and wow... no bugs at all... love it since i have a inground pool that last year attracted a lot of bugs last year.

Light years ahead of expectations.

Thousands of dead insects in the lawn. Dead ants, mosquitoes, aphids, spiders. Hope it is doing as well on grubs. Easy to apply. Excellent value considering effectiveness!
