Ratings & Reviews for BELL + HOWELL Bell+Howell 7.13-in White Indoor 1 -Light Flush Mount Light

Great Light!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in an older home that doesn't have lighting in the closets. The Bell and Howell motion activated ceiling light has solved my problem. I love the way it has panels on the side to provide a lot of light. So far, the battery life has been good. The motion detection feature is really handy.

Easy to use. Nice bright light for smaller areas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am using this light for a closet space where we can't easily install a ceiling light. The light is responsive and immediately lights up when I open the closet door and reach to pull things off the top shelf. Good marks for performance as expected. The light requires four C size batteries. I have quite a few AA size rechargeable batteries on hand for lighting decorations seasonally, so rather than buy C batteries, I purchased the AA to C s...

Bright

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bell + Howell-Bell + Howell Motion Activated Ceiling Light with Remote Is a nice light, I put it under a cabinet that’s over my work bench in my shed. When I hung the cabinet I lost my overhead lighting. So this light was a perfect fit. No running power, and it was a couple screws and done. And it’s bright, I was a little skeptical being battery operated. And I like the remote, you can set the amount of time it stays on. All in all super easy...

It's absolutely my favorite light out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Bell + Howell - Bell + Howell Motion Activated Ceiling Light with Remote for free for my honest review and I'm so glad I did. I placed it in my hallway going down the stairs so my nighttime bathroom run isn't me trying to feel where the next step is. Setting this light up took no time at all, it was so incredibly easy my children could have done it completely blindfolded. My favorite part of this Bell + Howell - Bell + Howell ...

So bright and easy to install!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have very dark closets and this light was a perfect solution! It took 5 minutes to set up and now we don’t worry about losing clothes in the dark corners. No need to install a heavy duty fixture with a switch and get into the walls when you can just get one of these!

Nice and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our home has a large closet that was too dark due to some poor planning when home was built. This light would appear to solve the problem. It was easy to install--ceiling light provides wide LED angle lighting and easily attached with tape installation.

Nice light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this light for in my pantry. It's dark in there and no light. Love it, the light comes on as soon as I open the door. It puts off a good bit of light. Haven't had a reason to use the remote, but I'm sure in certain situations it would come in handy. It a great light!!

don’t lose the remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited about this product but I immediately lost the remote. I even looked to see if I could get a replacement remote but I don’t think that’s a thing. Be sure not to lose it or you won’t be able to use this product! It does seem well made and easy to use.

Easy to install!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a light in the back end of my pantry/storage area, and this product, which requires no wiring and can even be installed with sticky strips, seemed to fit the bill. I am pleased with how easily it went up! However, I wish I had paid closer attention to the light rating; it is brighter back there than it was before, but not as bright as I was hoping for. Also, I am still struggling to figure out how the "motion sensor" function works....

Adjustable and very bright

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this light. I love the remote, I love how bright it gets, and I love that it is adjustable. The literal only thing I don't really like is the timer. Other than that I would get more. I probably will anyway. Installation was a snap.

Bright Light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fixture works great for me. I placed it on my ceiling since I don’t have an overhead light. It can be used with the remote or motion activated. It brings very bright light to my room which I need since I read on a recliner chair. I didn’t want to have any construction done since the electric had to be installed. This has saved me a lot of money and we’ll worth it.

Good solution

This was a good cordless option for outdoor lighting for a deck

Discrete and Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The light has the right amount of brightness to meet the needs of our space. I like the fact that it is very discrete and was so easy to install. I would highly recommend to any homeowner looking to brighten up a room.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this light and I enjoy it. It is nice to walk in a room to have a light come on by itself or with a remote.I can't wait to take it down and put it up in my new house.I would like one for every room.

Pretty good light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I liked the light. I ended up putting in a closet that had no light built in. The light works well, and the remote control certainly makes it easy to use. I do wish the light was a little bit brighter, but that would be the only downside. For as convenient and portable as it is, it is probably worth the trade off.

This Little Light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Little Light is bright and efficient. The option to use the remote or motion sensor are great. The draw backs are that it take 4 C batteries a lot in an age when few things take actually batteries. The command strips didn't work at all so plan to mount the device with screws. This is a great light which will brighten even the darkest of corners.

Doesn't detect motion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I'm happy that Bell+Howell Motion Activated Ceiling Light with Remote required no drilling holes and wiring, emits very bright LED light and is easy to install, I am quite frustrated because the motion detector is faulty. It doesn't detect motion 90% of the time and I only get to turn it on when using the remote control. I originally thought of installing it in our small walk-in pantry but later decided against it because it isn't dependa...

Just what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for a simple solution to a lighting problem over my work bench in my shop. I’ve got light out there but not exactly where I needed it, instead of having to get in the ceiling and running wire and all that I just used the provided 3m tape and stuck this up where I needed it. Best of all if I decide I need it somewhere else I can move it and not leave wires dangling. Can’t express enough how pleased I am

Perfect lighting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice motion activated light that I’ve installed in my outside storage area. I needed lighting in the space and this is perfect due to motion activated and a remote so you won’t have to fumble looking for a switch. It’s provides great lighting for the space.
