Slides nice and looks great

It looks great and slides very nice. The side bumpers really dampen closing/opening nicely. We had one door shatter at install but Lowes replaced it. Seems nice and solid now that it's installed.

Wrong product

The order took over a month longer than the ETA and to top it off, I received the wrong product. I ordered and paid for bronze oil and got silver. I was not home during the installation, so I didn't see it when it was removed from the packing 😒 You can tell it's not bronze oil because my shower head is bronze oil. I want a full refund or I want Lowe's to make it RIGHT

Never Ships

Second time ordering this product - as the first time it shipped and sat in a warehouse for over 2 weeks, no further movement. Cancelled and re-ordered - has YET to ship still two weeks after order. I know delivery dates are an estimate, but don't give out the estimate if it's literally weeks or months off.

Bad manual

The doors were not labeled, and the base of one was chipped. The towel bar is not cut to size, despite there being a specific length for it to be cut too. There were typos and misnumbered items in the manual- such as only being given 4 spacers, but 6 being shown on the diagram for the 6 screws to go into the wall pieces. There were no FAQs or tips for when things weren't aligning. Our doors are crooked.

Not Frosted

The glass is not frosted. It is clear patterned glass. False advertising.

Inner Glass Shattered

Bought this for my remodel of my Master Bathroom. While installing the inner glass door it shattered right in my face while i was holding the glass door. Thank God nothing flew in my eyes. I read up on the reviews that other people had their glass shatter too but I didnt think i was one of them too. So i emailed the manufactory to see if i can get a replacement for my inner glass door instead of buying a whole new set which will cost me another $500.

Directions could be more explicit

I expected the sizing of the top and bottom to be closer to the specs of the shower door. Both were much wider (about 5 feet) and required measuring and cutting.

This shower door is of good quality and was fairly straight forward to install.

Glass Door Burst!

I was installing one of the shower doors and it burst in my hands! The glass wasn't under pressure in any way. Was raising it to the rail, and POW! Thankfully I was wearing glasses at the time.

One year and six months after installation, one of the glass panels shattered in the middle of the night for no reason.

Nice door and fairly easy to install.

Poor Instructions and poor assembly

It was a major pain to follow the instructions, they were not clear. I did not like the "press fit" handles that go on the door. They took way too much pressure to get them to seat properly. I did get it installed and it was fine for a few weeks until one of the preassembled components came loose and now on of the doors won't open without lifting it. I will need to pull it apart again and fix that. It just looks loose, so I may be able to reset it.

Towel bar is worthless

Towel rack is the wrong size and is incompatible with the door.
