Basco Classic semi-frameless glass tub doors enhance the look of any bathroom with bypass shower panels free from aluminum framing. Both 3/16-in glass panels move within the enclosure. One panel includes a pull handle for one edge of the glass and the other panel has a towel bar that wraps around the panel. All Basco shower enclosures are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Moderate DIY skills are recommended for installation of the shower enclosure. To keep water inside the shower, we recommend positioning the interior panel closest to the shower head. Ensure your measurements are precise and finished wall material is in place before measuring for your shower door. The header and rail will be shipped long and will need to be cut to size during installation. Tools needed to install the door are: tape measure, level, hacksaw, drill, 7/64-in, 1/8-in, 1/4-in drill bits, #2 Phillips screwdriver, 3/16-in wrench, sharp knife, and caulking (clear silicone recommended). Optional tools include a miter box for cutting parts to length, files, center punch, and masking tape. At Basco, our goal is to create a remarkable experience for you. The order took over a month longer than the ETA and to top it off, I received the wrong product. I ordered and paid for bronze oil and got silver. I was not home during the installation, so I didn't see it when it was removed from the packing 😒 You can tell it's not bronze oil because my shower head is bronze oil. I want a full refund or I want Lowe's to make it RIGHT

Never Ships

Would Not Recommend

Second time ordering this product - as the first time it shipped and sat in a warehouse for over 2 weeks, no further movement. Cancelled and re-ordered - has YET to ship still two weeks after order. I know delivery dates are an estimate, but don't give out the estimate if it's literally weeks or months off.

Bad manual

Would Not Recommend

The doors were not labeled, and the base of one was chipped. The towel bar is not cut to size, despite there being a specific length for it to be cut too. There were typos and misnumbered items in the manual- such as only being given 4 spacers, but 6 being shown on the diagram for the 6 screws to go into the wall pieces. There were no FAQs or tips for when things weren't aligning. Our doors are crooked.

Inner Glass Shattered

Would Not Recommend

Bought this for my remodel of my Master Bathroom. While installing the inner glass door it shattered right in my face while i was holding the glass door. Thank God nothing flew in my eyes. I read up on the reviews that other people had their glass shatter too but I didnt think i was one of them too. So i emailed the manufactory to see if i can get a replacement for my inner glass door instead of buying a whole new set which will cost me another $500.
