Ratings & Reviews for Backyard Discovery 79.6-in H x 76-in W x 64-in D Paxton 4-person Wood Electric Sauna with Porch

It’s Beautiful 💕

Love, Love this sauna! We bought this sauna about a month ago. My husband and I put it together over the course of a weekend. Instructions were straightforward and assembly was fairly easy. It’s beautiful 💕 ugh

Met Expectations

DIY here. Assembly instructions were straight forward. A couple of the boards were warped but I managed to straighten them out with a bit of force. The sauna heated up quicker than I thought (in the Spring). I would have given this a five-star rating however the control panel is a bit clunky to use. There's definitely room for improvement with the functionality within the control panel. I highly recommend using the app to bypass the control panel all together.

Great!

Bought this a couple weeks ago and put it together myself, the instructions were fairly straightforward especially using the app. Advertised 4 hr build time with two people but it took me around 8 because I took my time. Love the way it looks and smells. It did have a small leak coming in the roof on the first rain so I siliconed around where the metal meets the trim on the front and back and hasn’t leaked since. Still waiting on my electrician to show up so make sure you plan ahead! Not in a ru...

Looks adorable

We chose paxton over other saunas because of the reviews and they were accurate. It looks amazing and works very good so far. Building it would have been a little difficult if you don't have any construction skills.

Best quality price and instructions by far

this is by far the best put together unit and instructions I have ever come across and I build a lot of stuff myself. not only that but the unit is extremely comfortable and very high quality from now on I will be purchasing anything I can from this company

Good stuff

Looks great. Takes 2+ days to fully complete the build.

Plain & Simple

This App is awesome. it's clear and consist and walks through 85 steps to assemble the "Backyard discovery 2-4 person outdoor sauna. I highly recommend it when assembling common household items.

Awesome Sauna

Very solid build, spacious, and beautiful.

Love it but…

It does not get as hot as advertised. And the control panel doesn’t always work nor does the Tuya app However I do love the sauna

Very nice

My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed this sauna. It provides good health benefits but has also given us quality time together while visiting. We have had it for about two and a half months. Everything is working well. The value for the money is outstanding. Thank you Backyard Discovery!

Happy We Purchased

We have had our sauna assembled since March 27th and haven't missed a day using it since. I wake up first looking forward to my morning coffee and then getting into our sauna for a good sweat before bed. A cold shower following is as close as we can get to a cold plunge for now. Sleep has improved for both of us. Getting toxins out provides so many health benefits! It's also very esthetically pleasing to the eye and adds much to our outdoor vibe. Now our son, several neighbors and friends wa...

Winter Escape

We installed the Backyard Discovery Paxton 4-Person Sauna this winter, and living in the Midwest, it has been one of the best additions to our home. When the temperatures drop and the snow starts piling up, stepping into the warmth of this sauna feels like pure luxury. What I love most is how it brings a bit of Finnish culture into our backyard. The ritual of heating up the sauna, sitting in the deep, dry heat, and then stepping outside into the cold air feels both invigorating and grounding—ex...

POLAR BEAROLL

I love my barrel, sauna it gets very hot and it is definitely a sanctuary tucked into the corner of my yard and when the weather warms up, I’m looking forward to beautifying the space around it with plants and some new furniture and outdoor rug
