The guide video to assemble this product is top notch. The cedar smells beautiful and is of good quality. A few pieces developed tiny cracks during screwing process, but overall very minor. Door piece could be a bit larger to lessen gap, but again not an issue. Would recommend this product.

Sweetwater Kitchen Playhouse

We bought the Sweetwater Playhouse for our granddaughters who are 6 and 3 years old. They both spend endless hours playing in the house. We purchase some additional kitchen items for the house and both love taking our food orders and serving us.

Great Playhouse despite tricky assembly.

Overall the quality of the product and building materials is high. Assembly can be done by one adult but is quite lengthy. Some concerns include: Many holes were not pre-drilled on the panels and required using a drill to prevent cracking. This should be systematically indicated. There is a strong smell from roof paint and wood panel coating which lingers for a long period. If using indoors it could be a problem for young children and others. Purchased this adorable play house for my 3 year old granddaughter in August and she loves it. ❤️ She plays with it every day and especially loves the working door bell, sink and-the plastic pot and pan with utensils. 😊

Good quality. Love that it comes prepainted with ringing doorbell and cute accessory like the phone. It did take 4 hours to assemble and you need a drill. It has a strong odor initially. Will bring years of play for our kids.
