We like it.

We set this up on our new deck to shade the deck and the East side of the dining room in the mornings. The only problem that we had was the holes not lining up on the roof to ridge T nuts on the B sections. I just redrilled the holes and bolted it up. We added roller shades to keep out the rain and sun.

Norwood Gazebo Build

Just completed assembly and it looks great. Definitely needed 4 people at times to assemble the large frame parts and for installing the roof.

Beautiful gazebo but you most likely need 3 people

This is a great looking gazebo and I was surprised that no pieces or hardware was missing. Assembly was straightforward for the most part but you will likely need 3 people or two very strong people. I managed to do all, except the roof by myself but the roof was tricky! That’s where you will need 3 people - one to attach it, two to lift each piece. Most of the pieces were straight and lined up. Purchased the 12 x24 Norwood in July 2026. The shipment arrived on time and was assembled by exceptional installers in 2 days. The finished product exceeds my expectations and has already provided us with many uses besides being a carport. The beautiful wood adds a rustic woodsy look and the compliments haven’t stopped coming. I would definitely buy this product again. Thank you for such adding to our outdoor living space.

Great craftsmanship

I bought the 12 x 24 Norwood Gazebo a few months ago. We just got it assembled and erected. I couldn’t be happier with this gazebo. The quality and craftsmanship are superb. The written directions are a little confusing at times but the video directions on the BILT app are spot on. This is such a great addition to our outdoor space and we have 3 large picnic tables under it. It took 3 people 3 days to fully assemble and erect. We did have extra help installing the roof panels.

Quality design and construction

As a lifelong woodworker I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of this product the hardware and whole alignment was perfect. The wood quality was exceptional The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thoroughly impressed with the quality and. It looks great Highly recommend. My wife and I did 90% of the work and called in some friends to help with the heavy lifting on the roof sections. A very satisfying do it yourself project.

So great I bought TWO

This kit is amazingly beautiful. Its bold timber construction is a statement of elegance in a carport that makes other solutions look like lawn trash. Forget the Aluminum carport with no character. Solid gazebo

We just had the gazebo and electrical installed. So far it’s been great. It’s has withstood the Wyoming wind and a hailstorm. Next step is to install the curtains.

Gorgeous

It's gorgeous. It really makes our space complete. Be sure to measure your space not only on the ground, but in the air as well, as it's height is significant and if not placed well, could have unintended consequences. We poured footers larger than needed so we had wiggle room on exact placement. Can't wait to string lights!!

Beautiful Gazebo

Beautiful replacement for my aged Pergola. Per previous reviews, I would recommend staining and sealing prior to construction. I did customize with 1 x 6 cedar ceiling, enclosed electric, and outdoor speakers.
