Great addition to our little nursery!

We added two of these to create some dappled shade in our little seasonal garden nursery. They're perfect and I'm headed back to order two more. They helped us frame our space and make it adorable while also being a practical and useful additional covered space. We highly recommend BYD to anyone that's on the fence. Quality is great and assembly is a breeze!

We bought a 14 x 10 somerville pergola a couple of months ago. We cant wait to see our bougainvillea start growing into it. We added a mesh onthe top to provide shade.

Beautiful Sturdy Pergola

My contractor installed this pergola a few weeks ago and he added stained cedar lattice to match the structure and add more shade. It’s a beautiful addition to our back yard and really looks like a custom built pergola. Thank you!

Great pergola, would purchase again!

I bought this pergola in the summer. Only took 2 people to build and all things considered wasn’t too hard! I’ve been enjoying it for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier! Looks awesome and makes my back deck feel like an inviting space to entertain and hang out! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Pergola

We put it up in an afternoon with some friends, instructions were fairly easy to decipher once getting started. All of the wood came packaged tightly, the predrilled holes were correctly place, and it came with plenty of extra hardware. All in all, the pergola really ties together our backyard.

Solid construction, great support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new Pergola. Construction and build was straight forward. I over torqued one bolt and cracked a support arm. They quickly sent out a replacement. HIGHLY recommend also treating with a water sealer before you build.

The delivery came earlier than expected l, which was a good thing and then install was within a couple of days. The pergola is sturdy and looks great. We have added shades to the sides and to the top so that we can enjoy it during our hot Texas days as well as cool days. Love it.

Fits my patio perfectly

I would give this Pergola a 5-star rating if the company provided a sunscreen option for later purchases. I have had my Somerville 10x14 Pergola for 3 years. We enjoy sitting outside on cooler days, my yard is directly under the sun for the majority of the day, and that sunscreen option has been truly missed every year. I have tried other companies to find a suitable cover or canopy, with little to no success.

Great pergola; withstands Wyoming winter!

We bought it a year ago and have enjoyed it a spring, summer and winter. It has provided a cozy space for our hot tub. It feels like it has given our home more living space!

Perfect addition to our patio!

This is a very nice pergola that has added a cozy and elegant touch to our patio. We liked it so much we bought another one for our side yard! We sealed it before putting it up, and the assembly was pretty straightforward. We had one piece that splintered a little and their customer service was fabulous.
