Fantastic, Beautiful Pergola!

We absolutely love this pergola! From start to finish the whole process was great. Fast delivery, even quicker fix when there was a delivery issue. The clean design really brings life into our previously empty yard, it's our new favorite place to hang out. The instructions were easy to follow when putting it together, and the steel makes me comforted in knowing that it will stand the test of time.

Love our new outdoor space!

We purchased this pergola in July. It took us, with the help of four friends (moats with some construction experience, but certainly no professionals), about four hours to assemble it. It was not hard at all with the help of the app. We are loving it so far! We have furniture, but still need to jazz it up a bit with some pillows, plants and outdoor lighting. Relatively easy to assemble - just be organized and use the BILT app. Beautiful once fully assembled. It really enhances the look of our backyard. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

10x12 pergola white assembly was easy

I was excited that I pulled the trigger on ordering the 10x12 pergola Lowe’s tracking is horrible! I ordered on June 30th the order said it would arrive on July 15th from backyard out of KS. Then a few days later said it was arriving on July 12th early the 12th came and went checked my email on the 12th then it said it would arrive the 19th of July which it did the excitement of arriving was gone, I started an inventory of the parts and one box had a hole in it about 3”x8” looks like a forklift ...

Tough

Purchased 4, great quality, great customer service. Just had a hail storm with quarter to 50 cent piece hail and I don't see any dings. Aluminum would have crumpled.

This is an engineering masterpiece. Every step well thought out from the design to the instructions. This has to be the best quality pergola a person could buy and assemble themselves.

I loved this pergola from the minute I saw it. So much so that we hired contractors to build a deck under it. Our yard gets a LOT of wind so I’d been searching for awhile until I came across the Hawthorne. We paid to have it assembled and the guys were great had it assembled in no time ! Would recommend paying to have it assembled and anchored down . We love it!

Structurally sound, beautiful pergola

We bought this back in December and recently assembled it this May. All pieces were in the boxes, the app was really helpful, it’s a beautiful pergola and we are very happy with it!

We love the way it turned out

We purchased this pergola for our rental home in Vero Beach. There was no backyard entertaining space so we built one. Everything was so well marked and the instructions were very clear. Even with that, we found we messed up on some and had to redo them, mostly the angled bars. We could be more happy with the way it turned out.

Wonderful, well manufactured product

Purchased and built this pergola two weekends ago with the help of my brother in law and father in law. Took about 8 hours overall. Constructed and installed a privacy screen last weekend. Pergola kit is exceptionally well made. All the points of attachment lined up and all the screws worked. Longest part of the installation was drilling concrete to anchor the pergola. Bought this a month ago, very well built, easy to follow instructions but really takes two people to build. I highly recommend it.

VERY impressive

I looked at this item for some time before adding to a new paver patio. Looking forward to adding furniture underneath to enjoy outdoor living. I was able to assemble by myself (except for standing posts). The four boxes were received with no damage and no issues with instructions or hardware. This pergola is very sturdy and so beautiful; love it!

Great construction

We bought this pergola last spring when we poured our 26x25 concrete patio for our pool area. It was rather easy to install; looks great; very sturdy. We have added lights, wind chime, rug, fire pit, and 4 chairs underneath of it. We have had so many compliments! Well worth the purchase.

Love my pergola!

I'm very happy with my pergola. It looks beautiful on my patio and is just what I hoped for. I was still setting up everything on the patio when the hurricane hit. It's very sturdy and withstood the hurricane winds without any damage. Love it and recommended it to my friends.
