Beautiful pergola

Pergola was fun to assemble and looks very good. Needed professional to pour the concrete, and 4 people to stand it upright, but could do everything else myself (62 year old woman handy with a drill). Because it's metal I can use magnetic hooks to attach the string lights. Started growing couple of wisteria trees adjacent - will see if they survive New Hampshire winters.

We are thrilled with the Stratford 14x 12 black steel pergola. We decided to have it assembled, which took two experienced men 4-5 hours to complete. It has been anchored to footings and looks great and is solidly constructed.

I received the pergola on a Thursday afternoon.Saturday at 1pm it was installed.It was a fun project .My wife and I are 79 yrs old ,Her and I did the whole project ,everything fit no problems at all .We are very happy with the product and the people from Range Outdoors and the people from White Glove delivery.Would recommend your company to everyone I know .You folks are the Best!

Great look, quality and definitely DIY doable

We recently updated our raised deck and wanted to add a shade structure. I found the Stratford online. It's the exact style and size we were looking for. After adding the necessary support blocking under the deck we began assembly. The quality of material is great. It's a sturdy product and the black powder coated finish matches our deck railing perfectly. The Bilt app is nice, bit the paper assembly instructions were easy to follow so we just used those. Love our new outdoor space!

We purchased this pergola in July. It took us, with the help of four friends (moats with some construction experience, but certainly no professionals), about four hours to assemble it. It was not hard at all with the help of the app. We are loving it so far! We have furniture, but still need to jazz it up a bit with some pillows, plants and outdoor lighting. 10x12 pergola white assembly was easy

I was excited that I pulled the trigger on ordering the 10x12 pergola Lowe’s tracking is horrible! I ordered on June 30th the order said it would arrive on July 15th from backyard out of KS. Then a few days later said it was arriving on July 12th early the 12th came and went checked my email on the 12th then it said it would arrive the 19th of July which it did the excitement of arriving was gone, I started an inventory of the parts and one box had a hole in it about 3”x8” looks like a forklift ...

Tough

Purchased 4, great quality, great customer service. Just had a hail storm with quarter to 50 cent piece hail and I don't see any dings. Aluminum would have crumpled.

I loved this pergola from the minute I saw it. So much so that we hired contractors to build a deck under it. Our yard gets a LOT of wind so I’d been searching for awhile until I came across the Hawthorne. So we ordered it in December and the four boxes sat in garage for five months waiting for their time to shine. Although the co tractors erected it, I can testify to the clear packaging and labeling. Structurally sound, beautiful pergola
