i use the online ordering for a lot of my needs . and it has not let me down . customer service i have not had any problems they always taken care of any thing i have had problems with. no trouble with returns or getting them answering my questions

Good value for price.

Center axel may need attention before use. Was fine out of the plastic. Leave centered and open for pins to pull through. Wear safety glasses. Have made many rivets with this tool and continues to pull pins clean. In-store 1/8" steel rivets require two-three crimping actions before pin break. No bottle. Pins may slip if not held up by shear friction in top down application.

Like most Arrow products, good price, easy to use, and got the job done Used it to put a VIN number on a home made trailer for inspection for DOT. The job looked professional and this was the first time ever using a rivet tool.

Easy to use

Never had to use one before, but it was easy to understand and easy to use.

Not what I expected from Arrow

Jamed up on second rivet, would not pull or release. Once I got the rivet loose could not get another one to load. Returned for refund and bought another brand.

Arrow Rivet Tools Are Great

Arrow rivet tools work great, I have used them for years without a problems. They are inexpensive and they get the job done. I have been using Arrow rivet tools for years and I still like them.

Just what I needed

Good product and works well. My old one broke, but this one seems much stronger and should last for a long time.

I actually did not realize before buying but even though its a professional rivet tool it is not recommended for use with 3/16 all steel rivets. It is what it is

This rivet gun is made of quality steel. It feels well constructed and solid. The only thing I have used it for is to reattach back section of ALICE Pack. It got the job done and the rivets look clean. The multiple size tips right on the body of the tool are a plus 2mm to 5mm. I almost bought the one that came in the carrying case. well I got pretty much what the labeling suggested. I had some 3/16 stainless steel rivets and some 3/16 aluminum rivets to install. the labeling stated the product was not recommended for 3/16 steel. but my project was small (about 40 rivets total) so I decided to work with it since there was no other rivet tool rated for 3/16 steel rivets. it worked pretty good considering my small project but I believe I may have encountered some difficulty with the rivet tool if I had a lot of steel rivets t...

I agree that it does what its supposed to do

This is the first and only rivet tool that I've owned or even used, so can't compare to others, but it worked the first time and has worked every time since. I had no trouble changing the head and no trouble ejecting the spent rivet nail. I can use it one handed, but its not easy unless you use both hands. As one reviewer said, it would probably be fatiguing to use it a lot on a big job, but you probably have to go to a power rivet tool for that anyway. I'm happy with this tool and would recomme...

Good tool. Works with Convenience Concepts Rivets

The ceiling tile system area (Aisle 18) sells Convenience Concepts 100-Piece Suspended Ceiling Rivets but no rivet gun. Go to Aisle 17 and buy this Arrow brand Rivet Gun. It works fine. You may need to choose the smallest head for the tool (4 total sizes to choose from).

Does what it's supposed to

Pros: Does what it's supposed to. The long nose makes it easy to get into tight places. Easy to extract the spent Rivet nail. Cons: Hard to operate for someone with small to medium size hands. The grip opening is hard to get your hand around and would be very fatiuging with a big job. I had to operate it using both hands. Very little mechanical advantage.

Spring broke after about 500 rivits

The spring broke in two after about 500 rivits using aluminum rivits into copper and tin. I was only using 1/8' staples

didn't work as advertised

This tool would not eject the stems a real bother.
