Oh my goodness, these tiles smell awful… However, by reading the reviews I saw that if you take out a tile from each end and blow a fan up there it will help the smell subsided so that's what I'm going to do. I can't sleep in my own room because it is just completely awful. I will change my review if doing this changes the situation of it stinking so bad.

A large number of the ceiling tiles were damaged so badly the contractor couldn’t use them. It appeared the package had been dropped on a corner. These were picked up in store and so this was not a delivery issue.

These tiles are junk
Would Not RecommendThese tiles look really good until you go to install them. They vaporize if they barely touch the frame and forget trying to cut a reveal, they turn to dust. I bought eight boxes and could only return three because the rest got damaged when trying to cut the edge reveal or when I was taking out of the frame.

Corner crushed
I paid the cost of the product to ship it. I actually didn't realize I paid that much. I had a great experience on another product so I was going to let it pass. However, when I received the tiles, one of the corners was crushed. So, I’m disappointed I paid so much for shipping only to have tiles damaged. I ended up coming up to the store anyway so I should have just picked them up myself.
