Would RecommendWe did the ceiling in this about 10 years ago. We love the way it looks. Did some remodeling this past summer and we needed a few pieces, but had to buy the whole box. There was 3 or 4 boxes left and most of the boxes were in horrible condition. We tried to pick several good pieces but truly there wasn't any. There was sken wrong with the tongue or with the groove. Would Not RecommendWe Properly installed with even extra clips. We were super careful as this product is very sensitive. Overly sensitive . The entire ceiling collapsed with no warning. All the clips still up it was the product crumbed and fell. Lowes honored a full return as it was in our possession less than 60 days and photo proof installed 30 days.

The boxes were on a pallet and at first glance they looked great but, some of the boxes in the middle have strap damage and I know what it looks like. there are 3" wide indentations on 4 boxes on both ends that have destroyed most of the tiles in the boxes, I will be returning the damaged tiles to the Franklin branch when I have them boxed back up. it really seems like it was done on purpose since they were in the middle of the stack.
