What Customers Are Saying
The ceiling tiles are lightweight and easy to install, providing good insulation and sound dampening. However, some customers have experienced quality issues, with a high rate of damaged or defective tiles upon delivery. The tiles are also reported to be fragile and prone to cracking or tearing during installation. While the majority of reviews are positive, the quality control and durability concerns suggest room for improvement in the product and packaging.
Customer review summary generated by AI, including incentivized reviews.Replacement for oder basement. Was difficult to find and had to drive over an hour to obtain. Then they had less in stock than was at the app. The store did help with loading the insulation into the pallet. Still peels back too easily.

Be careful buying from lowes!
Would Not RecommendI personally won't buy from lowes again. Bought this pack of ceiling tiles, which i special ordered & paid for before receiving. While installing found 2 that had damage. Tried to return, they informed me that to do that i would have to return all! So can someone please tell me why they'd take the other 14 back to throw in garbage instead of just replacing the 2 that were damaged.
