Someone is at fault for not using better and safer

I didn’t except package, it was damaged in lots of places

They only sent one sink for the vanity.

Undermount sink came damaged

I ordered this with high anticipation to only receive it and open to see that both sinks were packed together (on top of each other) top sink was ok, bottom sink was completely smashed to pieces. Who would ship an item that is delicate and very heavy stacked on top of each other only to arrive completely useless. Had to call Lowe's same day to schedule return and reorder once again. quality control from the Ariel company??

Midnight Blue Cabinet

Beautiful, well made, and packaged well. We couldn’t be more pleased with this cabinet and sink top.

A little disappointed

The delivery was ridiculous. My confirmation email stated that I would receive a call with a delivery window. Instead I walked outside to find the delivery on the street. No heads up. Yes, literally in the street. It was a few hours of chaos. The product overall is okay. Love the color and counter top. One of the drawers was broken but I was able to add glue to hold it in place. Ariel Cambridge Vanity - Great Product!

This is my second Ariel Cambridge Vanity. I purchased the first one a few years ago for another bathroom in my home. Fantastic quality and great style. The soft close drawers and doors open and close beautifully. I had a very minor issue with my delivery and Customer Service was quick to respond and resolve. I highly recommend this vanity.

Not solidly built, poor customer service

Rec'd 55" cabinet - with 48" top enclosed. Very difficult to get in contact with someone to send correct size. Cabinet somewhat scratched. Vanity LOOKS lovely, but the drawer design is inferior. Dovetail drawer boxes, but they are secured with absolutely tiny insignificant pins and springs. Drawers frequently pop out of alignment and I have to contort myself to get the pins insert again. Poor Quality

Pro contractor that ordered two of these Ariel Cambridge vanities in different sizes. Worst experience getting the order (took 3 months and many calls to the vendor). The carrera vanity tops were not at all as pictured. Understand that natural stone can vary greatly but tops were dark gray. Asked the vendor to exchange with white quartz which they wouldn't do. Returned both units and purchased something else. Cabinets are not well painted (finish is dull) and construction is poor. Not good value...

Came broken - no resolutions after one weekof call

Now I have a big issue. It came with the broken marble vanity top - no resolutions after one week of calls.

Do not order online from Lowe's.

Product is great. Delivery process and customer service were horrible.

Scuffed and damaged corners and drawers

Sloppy craftmanship - damage was clearly PRIOR to packaging. Looked fine when I opened the package, but the underside of all the drawers were mashed/damaged. Also a back corner of the vanity, but that will be against the wall. Sloppy craft

Shipping was extremely slow

The drawer slides rely on a piece of plastic. May wear out over time. Quartz was 2 layers glued together

Terrible - drawers didn’t open.

Three of 5 drawers wouldn’t open because softclose was incorrectly installed. Delayed my project 3 critical weeks. Lowes also delivered it on its side, and told me they would inspect it first before sending which they clearly did not.
