Same as other complaints. The door will not stay shut and the metal at the base of the door split because the door just flops open. Looks nice initially.

I like the fact that there is a magnet just inside the box to help keep the door closed when shut, also the size of the box is nice and the fact that it is made out of metal. Our old plastic one kept coming open.
