Ratings & Reviews for ANZZI Leon Brushed nickel 48-in W x 76-in H Frameless Bypass Bypass Shower door

Confusing

If you look at the community Q&A the company responds that the door requires 2-3/16" minimum threshold. However, when you receive the door it states in the instructions that is requires 3.15" minimum threshold. The company needs to decide which is the correct width because now i am forced to return the door.

Perfect small width shower door

Good product and easy install

No lable on glass saying it is tempered

No lable or etched on glass saying it is tempered - Fail inspection because of it. wasting money. Trash it and buy new one with proper itching label

Delivered Late, Hard to Install, but great product

I would love to give this a 5 star review because the product and price are great. I'm very satisfied with the actual quality and function. But the product was over a week late! Additionally, my contractor, who has installed hundreds of shower doors, had the hardest time with the instructions and identifying the pieces. What should have been a 4-6 hour install ended up being 12 hours! I even had to help translate the instructions several times because we had to make our best guess on what they w...

Horrible customer service/ unacceptable delivery

The delivery company of Lowes called me and scheduled with me for the shower glass door to be delivered the following day between 11 am and 3 pm, so I took 4 hours off of work to be home to accept delivery the next day. The product was never delivered. I called deliver company at 3 pm asking where the order was, after checking with driver the lady assured me it would be at my house in 40 min. I waited another 2 hours and was never delivered and never got a phone call back. The next day I called ...

The delivery guys were the most professional and courteous I have ever dealt with, and I’m 60 years old, the most cleanest and non-incident delivery I have ever had,

Water leaks between shower panels

I bought this door to remodel a house. Looked great but when we sold the house the buyers had an inspection and the inspector said the water proofing seal on the panels is not big enough and there is about a 1/2 gap between panels resulting in water leaking onto the bathroom floor. I called customer service and at first said that since it was installed I could not return it??!!! How can you know if a shower door leaks unless you install it. Then he said that i needed to uninstall it and bring...

Overall very sturdy, looks good and easy install

Great, other than the 150 boxes and a crate, it was a great experience. I was surprised they shipped it in one container due to the weight and having to have a shipping company deliver on a truck. The shower door I installed took a few hours, including removing the old door. It slides easily and has a magnet strip to keep the door shut and plenty of seals and strips to keep the moisture in. I would recommend.

Very good product at right price

Nice product but as I suspected it is not frameless. It has aluminum framing (Mat black) on the sides, bottom & top bar of course for sliding. Correct description is semi-frameless. The side gaskets which are like a bottom door dust control flap is a little clutsy as it bounces back when you close it leaving a slight open gap. I'm thinking of buying 2 "U shape" shower door side seals and see if that closes better. But overall, I am happy with my purchase. Similar "completely frameless" units a...

still not received!!?

This was supposed to be delivered a week ago. can't get any update. no one online or in the store can help. I'm just in limbo here. so I'm not very happy camper on this particular deal!

Great look for a cheaper price.

Beautiful shower doors! I love the anti-fog glass and the thickness of the glass really gives a high end look.

Very Nice Door

We ended up not being able to use this door because our shower threshold was too thin and you need at least ~3" threshold for install. But, I really liked it - the hardware was quality and it came nicely packaged. I ended up getting a different door from the same company.

Canceled order

I contacted Lowe’s to cancel the order shortly after I placed the order. I spent over a hour on the phone and got transferred three times. Finally they told me they couldn’t cancel it because I asked for delivery so I had to contact the manufacture. I contacted the manufacturer and spent a hour on the phone with them to be told they couldn’t cancel the order. They gave me a email address and said I had to contact their return department to cancel the order. I emailed them immediately and got no ...

It was not delivered

Lowes keeps thinking they were delivered. The shipper called and said the doors were smashed and would not deliver. Theysaid they would reorder them. Anzzi callled and said i had to re order though Lowes. Now my credit card say insuficient fund and does not show a refund for original doors... well there is always HD....very frustrating...

I love this shower doors. Look beautiful and very good quality for an affordable price. I am very happy with it.

sliding door shattered

while the men were installing door and had it sitting on the ground. they were talking and it just popped and glass went everywhere.

great product

Doors came in and worked perfectly for our project.

Poor customer service

I have nothing to say about the product however the customer service to deliver the product was horrible. The person just placed the item on the driveway blocking the garage door. I could not close the garage door because of this. I had to then manually lift the item off the pallet and get it in a place so that my garage door closes.
